I wouldnt even give this place a single star. Lets start with the fact that the dentist was extremely rude. My sister has to get 2 teeth extracted, one molar and one wisdom tooth. He gave her the novicaine and when he went to go start working on the tooth she could still feel the pain, the dentist automatically got frustrated and pretty much accused my sister of taking pills. He proceeded to give her more novicaine and this was a process because she continued to feel pain after each shot until about the 11th. He got frustrated and doubted that she was in pain because thats not what normally happens. Again accused her of taking pills. Then when he started working on the first tooth he had extreme difficulty and was being extremely rough. He was getting irritated and being even more rude to the assistant because HE couldnt do his job right. After all was said and done lets just say neither of us will ever recommend aspen dental to any of our friends and family or ever return.

My first experience with the Torrington Aspen Dental office was phenomenal. I was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. The politeness and professional attitude was noted from the office manager, dental techs, hygienist, to the dentist. They did a complete oral exam, x-rays, and provided recommendations. I saw the commercial on TV and delighted that I scheduled an appointment with them. I will definitely tell my family and friends about their practice. Rose...

Id like to take a moment to speak highly of the staff at the torrington office, they made me feel very relaxed and comfortable with the services they provided to me. I will continue to go to this office because of they way they made me feel. Courtney made sure I understood what she was doing step by step and Victoria did an excellent job. I never thought Id say this but I cant wait to go back to the dentist. All of the staff is courteous and listened to my concerns.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ASPEN DENTAL. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED BY ALL OF THEIR BEAUTIFUL SMILES, I HAD TO ASK THEM IF THAT WAS A CONDITION FOR HIRING THERE. I AM STILL TRYING TO DECIDE IF I CAN AFFORD TO GO HERE THO. DENTURES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE !!! I HAVE NOT SHOPPED FOR THEM IN QUITE A WHILE. IF I CAN DO IT ON MY BUDGET I AM GOING TO GO FOR IT.

I was very pleased. The staff was polite and professional. Dentist, whos name I cant say or remember was very nice. She was kind and no pain inflicted. Major surprise ! Christine, office manager was a very helpful and caring person to work with. I am about to get into a very expensive adventure and she made it easy to swallow. The whole experience was way easier than I expected.

I called with some pretty severe pain and they were able to get me in the same day. After my exam the financial consultant Victoria fully explained all my options and we were able to address my issues in a way that fit my budget. And the lab did a great job repairing my partial denture. It is more comfortable now than when it was new. I will definitely recommend this office.

Everyone there from the business office and especially to the hygienist Victoria is wonderful. My daughter and I dont feel like just another patient when we go there, they remember details of our conversations from 6 months ago-who remembers that?! The work is great, honest, and detail oriented. Bravo ladies.
