I love this location. It is convenient for me, but the best part is the staff. I see Dr. Winchell, who is very personable and easy to feel comfortable with. She is also efficient, and she has never made me wait past my appointment time. Holly, the Optometrist, is amazing. She is not only good at picking out glasses for your looks, but gets to know you and what suits your personality, as well. She has my husband and me both figured out pretty well, and always helps us find our favorite frames! She is also great at remembering special concerns and needs. I need my lenses to always have the same base curve so I dont get headaches. She is the one who first helped me figure out what the problem was, and she has never forgotten since then to order the exact same base curve. I highly recommend this office!

Went in twice to get new contacts, left both times with just a temporary pair and a promise that Id get a call when they came in. The calls never came. I called them to ask for my prescription so I could order myself. They said theyd fax it to me. They never did. Ive been wearing the same pair of contacts for months. I also got glasses from them, and they didnt bother to adjust the frames. On the plus side, the first optometrist I saw was very good. Nevertheless, not recommended.

I am so happy Simon Eye Associates now has an office in Newark. Its right next to my house. I have bought all my glasses from them in the past and my contacts and I just love them. Everyone in the office is friendly and knowledgeable and the doctors know what theyre doing and they know how to treat their patients. I have never waited for anything at Simon Eye. Theres no comparison to them and the "other guys."

The ladies at the Newark office are AMAZING!!! Truly caring professionals and fun individuals! They are personable and friendly. No high pressure. No plastic personalities. They made me feel welcome and they took the time to let me pick out some AWESOME frames! Yes! My new (and final!) favorite eye glass practice! Dr. Korsan and Miss Tammy! Woot! Woot!

I had a wonderful appointment yesterday. I was seen on-time and everyone was friendly. My appointment was very quick but professional and I did not feel like I was getting the brush-off. I did not purchase lenses or frames from them so I cannot speak to the quality of that. But, it was such a pleasant experience that I would probably go back for new glasses.

Recently relocated jobs to DE and had to find a new eye doctor. Glad I was referred here. The place was clean, had a huge selection of frames and contacts, and the staffers and Dr. were all friendly. To top if off, I didnt have to wait at all; they were incredibly fast and efficient. Definitely worth checking out.

I had a "not so good" experience with one of the employees who was less than helpful, but was pleased the next day to receive a phone call from the head optometrist who apologized profusely and offered to do anything to make me a happy customer. The rest of the staff was also very kind and helpful.
