The eye exam scheduling process was good. The Dr. that worked with me was knowledgeable but I didnt appreciate his multiple snide remarks. Upon completion of my exam, I chose glasses to purchase, at which time I was specifically told I could pay upon arrival of the glasses. I was told it would take 10-14 business days. After 3 weeks, I called and was told my glasses were not even ordered yet because they were on hold since I didnt pay yet. Obviously, poor understanding of company policy and communication with a customer. Im usually a flexible person but this seems like basic skills that should be exercised.

Everyone there was very friendly and I learned a lot from my optician about my eyes. Wide selection of frames and quick service. Highly recommended!
