Absolutely, the worst customer service ive ever experienced. The doctor is nice but the women who work here are just miserable and utterly rude. Their customer service philosophy is "Your service is not our priority" -- IT IS EVEN POSTED ON THE WALL "Your emergency is not our priority" or something to that effect. I used them once several years ago and was taken aback by the rude assistants and I just stopped in the other day to ask how much an Exam was and stood there at the front desk for 20min before I finally yelled "excuse me" and was met with flippant rude attitude. Im really not sure how people can be so ignorant and mean but I wouldnt certainly not recommend this place.

I like the place its self and I lived around here for a few years I check up every year never had a problem but the wait for your check can reduce with how many times you have been there Im not a joking about how long it might take to vary the wait to get glasses is a little long 2 weeks to 5 days top but I think they really need to up gain there game

Not even kissing ass with this but Ive never ever had an issue with this place. theyve always been consistent and have never given me a problem. The ladies are super sweet to me whenever Im there. The waiting time isnt long at all. My glasses are always there a week or a few days earlier than expected. Whoever is complaining is literally bitter.

I went to get my glasses tighten and the lady that usually does it was working with someone else but some one else did it and btw my glasses were really loose but she send it wouldnt be her fault if the broke how isnt tour fault yoyd be tightening it to much and break it then Im suppose to pay for it after you break it oh noni dont think so

This place prescribes glasses even if you dont need them. The workers there are so rude. The place is absolutely filthy. And the odor in the store is so powerful you could fall over from it. I went and got a second opinion had to pay $60 but it was well worth it MY LOVED ONE DOESNT NEED GLASSES!
