Purchased eyeglasses at Linsey for years. This last pair I purchased kept hurting my nose. I returned about every 3-4 weeks to have them adjusted and they put softer nose guards on. After a few months the part that bends over the ear broke off, just flew off when I removed the glasses. Linsey gave me a replacement frame of the same style. That second frame also hurt my nose. So again returned every month to have them adjusted and put softer nose guards on. After about 8 months I finally was waited on by the manager who adjust the frames. She said that they were not ever adjusted properly all the other previous times, and that now that she did it they were corrected. Of course, she did not adjust them any better this time. Finally a few weeks later I said "is there anything you can do for me?". She said they could exchange the frames for another pair (I would have to pay if the new pair was more expensive than the original frames) plus a $35.00 lens re-cut fee. The next visit rather than get a new frame the manage put a different nose guard on the glasses, this seemed to be better and I was willing to live with it, however the temple hinge broke. So I returned yet again, I picked out a new style frame, which was priced at $30.00 more than the original pair, plus the lens re-cut fee of $35.00. I thought they were going to take the lenses out of the frames and re-cut to fit the new frames. No they put brand new lenses in the new frames, how they did that for $35.00 when the original lenses with all the stuff cost hundreds is beyond me. These new frames have not given me any problems since I got them almost 2 months ago. This manager is very rude and has no customer service. I will never go back to Linsey.

Went into Linsey Eyecare to get lenses put into my own frames. I paid for the lenses and waited over a week, just for them to call me to tell me that they broke my frames while they were installing the lenses. They never offered to reimburse me for my frames, which were in great condition when I brought them in. They also didnt refund me for the lenses that I bought! So after it was all said and done I gave Linsey Eyecare $300 to break my frames, and didnt get a refund for any of it. The employees, especially the receptionists for optometrists, seem to always have an attitude and honestly are not very good at their job. The doctors seem nice but dont always seem to know what they are doing. Shady things going on at this place. Its a horrible experience dealing with this business. Would never recommend, even to my worst enemy! Save yourself the aggravation of a subpar optometrist(Linsey Eyecare) and go somewhere else.

Just recently started using Linsey Eyecare and must say that Im not too happy with the service that Ive been receiving. The docs are nice, but that doesnt seem to translate across the whole team. I went for an eye appointment to get my prescription updated so I could order new contacts, and that experience was alright- no issues there really. Upon ordering my contacts, however, I was told that there was no prescription found so my order could not be processed. I spoke with the ladies out front and they seemed to have better things to do at that point. The best they could offer was to schedule another appointment just like the one I already paid for. The whole experience was quite frustrating- from the service to the attitudes to the waste of time and money. I cant say Ill go back...very disappointed

The girls that wait on you seem uninterested in what you are saying. Almost like you are bothering them. Had to get new lenses in my safety glasses which both times i got them there i never got a call that they were there. i would call about them and after a long wait they would say they arent here yet we will call you. When I finally called them the last time they informed me they did not call me because they did not have my number!!! You have to be kidding me. After my company spent about 800.00 dollars i was given the glasses in a plastic bag ....no case. This place is pretty disgusting.....RUDE PEOPLE

I had an awful experience. First I told them I can only see out of a top of line progressive lenses. They ordered the cheapest and I couldntt see out of them. Then they charged me for a second pair of lenses that I couldnt see out of either. Then they ordered a 3rd pair that they raised the line in, which I refused to pay for. The line was so high it made my distance all blurry. I m now waiting for a check from corporate. Never again.

Insurance is Great for the Eye Exam......But oh boy just wait till it is time to see the frame specialists......They dont stop typing in their little computers until your bill is well over $300 your coverage. And yes thats after they find every discount possible and rebates.. I had better experience buying a New Car!!! Never again!!

This was my first time here and it was an awful experience. For one thing none of there frames have prices on them. I have great vision coverage and wound up spending 150.00 because they upscale to make commission. Watch this place!! There are better places. Sales reps are rude and there for commission.
