I came to get new prescriptions for my glasses and decided never to come back. The receptionist was very rude when I asked about the insurance coverage. After answering my questions in a very condescending way, she turned away before I even got a chance to follow up. The technician was incompetent. After failing to take my blood pressure, she brushed if off and told me I didnt need blood pressured taken since "You look healthy". My interaction with the doctor (Stella) was fine until the end when I asked her what my prescription was. She told me it was different with my current one but refused to tell me what the new one was. She basically said "You will see it later at checkout. Or do you want me to read it out to you?" After I told her I wanted to hear it from her, she still didnt want to tell me what it was, she said "Well, I can tell you that it is worse". After I asked the third time, she finally told me and asked "Does it make sense?". I wondered why she thought the two simple numbers in the prescription wouldnt make sense to me. It was definitely very strange. I definitely wanted to discuss the results of my eye exam with the doctor and not the receptionist. I will never go back.

I was given a script for both Air oprix and biotrue dailies. I placed an order with 1-800 Contacts. The office called me to inform me that for future reference that they were cheaper than 1-800 Contacts. I kindly let them know that I will inquire about them next time because I had ordered the day before and my contacts should be in the mail so that I may have them for the weekend. I then called 1 800 Contacts to track my order and was told that the doctors office declined my order. These incompetent idiots are the ones that wrote me the dang prescription and when I ordered with someone else they declined it. I am highly upset and will never ever go back. Please take your insurance and your business elsewhere.

These guys will rob you off your money.They provided wrong power after contact lens fitment and charged $110 ,even after having insurance, which actually can be done for $17 elsewhere.They say they accept insurance , but they have their own terms of copays, which is very high as compared to other service providers like Simon Eye.Even after taking such money they provided wrong power which was cause for months of headache..sadly...Beware...
