I had a great experience. Sleep technician, and I am extremely embarrassed that I dont remember her name (I blame that on the concussions), but somehow I do remember she graduated from Christiana in 2003, go figure, anywho she was excellent and above and beyond with not only explaining the procedure I was about to go through, but she also answered every question that I had with absolutely no hesitation. In this day and age it is often tough to deal with folks in public service situations and I have to admit, I am one of those folks who can usually detect immediately if someone who is supposed to be helping me, is not into what they are doing (Im a heavy tipper when dining out and the only time I leave my minimum 15% is when I detect that the server is rude, unmotivated or is completely uninterested in what they are supposed to be doing. This young lady that you have in this position, in this tumultuous Country we live in today, helps to restore my faith that there are still many great folks working in the Health industry. Hopefully Delaware Sleep Disorder Centers is compensating her appropriately and are providing her with opportunities to continue her education as she spoke to me about. I never do these types of surveys but because I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, I had to respond. Thank you DSDC for your outstanding service.

The technician was wonderful. The door into the building was not secure! The sleep Center is on the second floor. Their door is secure, but ANYONE could enter the building! It was supposed to be locked, but it was NOT. Because of that, I did not feel safe entering the lobby, accessing the elevator, or walking the halls. Immediate action is needed to secure the door!!

Before going for my sleep study, I read the reviews posted, and a lot of them were not good. But I can absolutely say that I had an awesome appointment. The staff was friendly and right on top of things, everything was explained, it was comfortable and clean. I certainly recommend Delaware Sleep Disorder Centers on Foulk Rd. Wilmington De.

My appointment was on a Friday at 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:20-had visions of a waiting room horror, but to my complete and utter joy I was in the exam room within 10 minutes and seen right away. Every interaction was pleasant and positive. The staff is friendly and thoughtful. I highly recommend this office for your sleep disorder needs.

I went in yesterday for my appointment. However, my data card in my machine was corrupted. They ordered a new one for me and set up another appointment in three weeks so they will have useful data to work with. The young lady that assisted me was so helpful and informative. I am looking forward to my next meeting

I went in for my initial appointment with the psychologist. I found her to be a caring and relatable person. She made me feel comfortable and I got the impression that she truly will help me progress in a more positive way. I look forward to going back - which is unusual for me.

The room was comfortable and the tech was very pleasant. The lights in the hallway outside the room need to be dimmed so that there is not a bright beam to shine into the room from under the door. This was a bit distracting and could be easily remedied.

I have not received the results of my sleep study as of yet, but the people I met with when I picked up the kit were very informative and nice. The office looks to be very clean and well-organized. I would recommend this provider.
