Pretty great place! Theyve helped me out so much but there are a few problems. I have had appointments scheduled by a ghost. I havent gotten calls about if a appointment is cancelled, and my first therapist was bad. Theyre no longer working there but it still reflected this place. Those complaints can be very frustrating and so far this review would of been a 3/5 stars. But they helped me. For far too long I needed help with things and Ive gotten nothing. This was the place that changed it all. And for that I give it a 4/5 stars. 5/5 if it werent for the problems I experienced with them. But I recommend.

Not worth 1 star if you go there plan on being there for the day. Very one more thing GOOD LUCK trying for appointment if by our lucky someone will answer and the script line forget it that girl has not got the time of day to even get the job done. disorganized. Staff slow and rude a bit lazy. This office shouldnt charge anyone we should charge them. When it comes to scripts the ignorant person who handles that does when she feels like it. Never been to a zoo quite like it. Never going back my time and money valuable too. And to be treated like I did no way!!

This doctor is a horrible doctor. She likes to push amphetamines opon her patients---patients who dont need amphetamines whatsoever---and then she overly prescribes them, as they were candy. She doesnt speak English well; she doesnt listen or care or respect her patients; she trades signatures for cash; and she is a complete liar. Shell smile and lie to your face for a year or so, and then shell abandon you. This doc is a menace to her patients. Shell get a patient addicted, will blame it on them, and then will drop em. Beware.

This doctor is a horrible doctor. Shes not a good person. She lies. She writes prescriptions for cash. My brother went to her, and after a few years of being prescribed multiple drugs, she attempted to take him off all the drugs at the same time. My brother killed himself two weeks later. When I confronted her, she called him an addict and blamed him, even though she was the person whod gotten him addicted. This woman is a menace to the medical world. Beware. She is a murderer. She is a low-life. Beware.

I saw them as an outpatient using private insurance. Later, I checked into Pottstown Hospital as an inpatient on Medicaid. They decided to bill the old private insurance instead of Medicaid because they get reimbursed for more--but of course the private insurance didnt cover it so I ended up getting an $900 bill. I tried calling them but theyve repeatedly refused to fix it and are now telling me that theyre sending the account to collections.

Dr. Shin is an excellent doctor. She listens to me as a patient and is able to help me help myself. Doctors cant perform miracles, you have to be your own advocate and want to get better. The more you tell her the more she can help you. Shes not a magician, she cant poof and make you better. It takes time and sometimes a trial of medication to get it right for you. Every one is different.
