I want to Start of by saying that the program here is fantastic and is responsible for saving many lives. That is why I decided to give this review 2 stars instead of no stars. While I was attending treatment here I contracted MRSA. You may ask how would a person possibly know where they caught this viscous super bug. Well I can not only pinpoint exactly where I was when I caught it but how I caught it as well. I was in the auditorium when I was approached by an odd gentlemen who sort of introduced himself and offered his hand. I shook it because I felt that not only is it polite but with being in rehab an all, introducing yourself and networking comes with the territory. It wasnt until after I shook this mans hand that I noticed a nasty looking rash with open sores all over his hands and arms. At the time I passed it off as poison ivy and didnt think much of it because Im immune. Then about 5 mins later a nurse comes in and ushers the man back to the detox ward. hmm that was odd. I also want to point out that about a couple days after that incident, I started to experience one of the worst itches of my life but didnt start showing any of the symptoms of an actual rash yet. So again I passed it off and didnt think anything of it. So long story short I now have MRSA: a bacterial Super bug that you can not get rid of and is with you the rest of your life (also I want to point out that it can reach an individuals internal organs and turn fatal if the patients immune system should ever drop below a normal level). I cannot begin to express how this is affecting my daily life, I cant even tell anybody about this (other than a doctor) in fear that they wont want to be around me. I have a rash that itches consistently on a daily basis (It itches worse than anything youll every experience in your life) along with an array of other things that I dont wish to go into at the moment. I would also like to say that Ashley treatment center decided to take a patient who they KNEW had MRSA and admitted them into there detox program anyways. oh and I also had bed bugs while I was there but thats a whole other story. So Ive come to the conclusion that Ashley Treatment Center cares more about the money they make and less about the safety of there patients.

Dear Father Martins Ashley, I wanted to say thanks again the Family Wellness weekend. Heather and I got so much out of the time. We learned a lot about the disease, Tammys journey and ourselves. Each person, from the guard as we entered, the counseling staff we worked with to the dining room staff and the PSAs, have been helpful, professional, caring and engaging since I made my first call to FMA. Heather and I are confident in Tammys sobriety and our part in that recovery. She has made some changes in her attitude and said some things that while small, give Heather and me the comfort that she has been listening to us as well as all of the FMA staff she has counseled with these past 28 days. FMA has given us our daughter, wife, aunt, mom and grandmother back. We couldnt have had such a special Christmas without FMA. Looking to the January RED and many other visits back.

This place might have use to be good but is a absolute scam now, alls they care about is money and there are so many patients that you practically never get one on one sessions with your counselor. They really pay no attention to your health needs and the food is horrible. Any requests for help you make practically take a year to get a response and the response is never helpful. The doctors are never there. The nurses are deff the worst there along with the director of counseling... she is one of the most fake individuals I have ever met. I am really into my recovery and it was really hard to focus with all the drama here and health issues being neglected not just for me but other patients as well. I honestly feel like they scare there clients into silence rather then speaking up the truth of what goes on at this place.

Tried to admit my son to Ashley who is in desperate need of rehab. They rejected amittance to their rehab. They have no compassion for him or his family who are in desperate need for help. They just turned him away not caring how this could be life threatening. Then they referred us to a rehab out of state who had awful reviews. This is not the same place it used to be. They dont care about the well being of people just give me the money. Since he was not accepted to Ashley he attempted to end his life thank God I found him before he was dead and got him to the hospital and his life was saved. Father Martin is rolling in his grave to see what his rehab has turned into. I will never forgive them for their lack of care

Ashley saved my loved ones life and I learned a great deal about the disease of addiction! It is so nice that they educate the family on the disease and that most times it was the disease that created all the issues not the patient. The patient has an initial choose to use again after a relapse and once they pick up again the disease does not allow them to stop. I am so grateful to have my loved one back clean and sober. I am also grateful for everything I learned at Ashleys Family Wellness. I love Father Martins chalk talks and the lectures from Brenda Carroll.

I WAS GIVEN SOMEONE ELSES MEDICATION WHICH ENDED UP WITH THEM HAVING TO CALL AN AMBULANCE AFTER MY LIPS HAD TURNED BLUE AND I KEPT PASSING OUT. I TOLD THE NURSE THAT WAS NOT MY MEDICATION AND SHE SAID THE DR. HAD CHANGED THEM. THE DR ON CALL NEVER CALLED BACK AND SHE WAS FINALLY TOLD TO CALL 911. THEY HAD TO BRING ME BACK 3 OR 4 TIMES AND DIDNT KNOW IF I WAS GOING TO MAKE IT. NOW I HAVE A COLLECTION AGENCY AFTER ME FOR $800 AND SOMETHING FROM THEM. WHAT NOW YOU PAY THIS PLACE TO KILL YOU INSTEAD OF HELP YOU???

Horrible. Their pain program is a joke. No attention was paid to my health problems. Complete bullshit advertising. I have food allergies and was denied any accommodations while paying 1800$ a day. The doctor who runs the pain program never came in a single day I was there. Never once got to see him for any treatments. I was just lumped in with the addiction treatment even though I was paying 1800$ a day for a completely separate plan. Avoid

Absolutely a step above other rehabs I had been to. Its a wonderful program, its a beautiful campus and the staff is well put together. Their medical staff was friendly, food was awesome, their overall program is well put together. Even balance of counselling, groups, 12 step meetings, and they offer yoga and arts and crafts... You get what you pay for, its a little pricey but you cant put a dollar sign on a human life you know...
