A friend of mine just called to ask if they were accepting new patients and was told no. She then went to her insurance provider and saw that they are in fact accepting new patients so she called back, the receptionist was rude and acted and sounded like she had anything better to do than do her job and get a paycheck. She almost sounded like she didnt even want her job. It is a shame that when people call someone for help that this is the welcome that they get. I would never recommend a place such as this for anyone. Call someone else, there is no way that anyone could feel better about themselves after visiting this establishment. I am upset I had to leave them 1 star to post a review.

The receptionist refused to even talk to me on the phone. She said they have so many patients that they only talk to doctors and to have a doctor call on my behalf. Even when i mentioned I previously had a psychiatrist she refused to talk to me as if I were below her. Seems like a company whose patients might not be feeling their best when calling with questions would have nicer people answer the phone.
