Poor listening skills, lacking empathy, greedy - wants to run extra tests to make money. Not very friendly. My former doc at this office was fabulous. Dr. Heinle spoke ill of her, which I find highly unprofessional. The office also broke the law by not informing me that Dr. McBride is no longer there.
