This office is very busy. Appointments are booked very far out if you want to see Dr. Plucknett. Ive always waited at least 30 minutes and sometimes an hour or longer before being seen. However if you arrive late they will tell you to reschedule. Also I found Dr. Plucknett to be cold and short when answering questions. Im looking for a new doctor.

Appointments are overbooked, very hard to reach on the phone somedays. Great doctor but most people can not give up 2 hours to see the doctor or physician assistant especially if u work and have a family

The office is very busy but is comfortable. Sometimes there is a wait but thats how it goes for quality care. I would and have highly recommended this office. The doctor and her staff are excellent.
