When I tried to schedule an appointment, I was immediately asked what insurance I have (understandably so). However after indicating the type of insurance, the receptionist immediately became very abrupt and unpleasant. I tried to explain the nature of my dental needs, at which time she became even more abrasive. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to and was told I could call back in 3 days. Hopefully this is not an indication of the quality of the dental work. Nevertheless after such a horrible experience, I will not use their services.

I would have been a new patient for this office, but the person who answered the phone was talking so fast all I heard was office and hold and she put me on hold before I could even realize someone had answered the phone. Not good for business
