I have been a life long night grinder of my teeth. Because of this problem, I had severely damaged my teeth and adversely effected my jaw alignment and was in risk of loosing many of my natural teeth. After initial consultations /assessments with Dr. Burgess, he recommended a very detailed corrective action program for me. He outlined the entire process with me and I was well aware upfront of my options. Dr Burgess’ highly professional operations team consisting of Allison and Krista along with a very supportive staff corrected my problem far exceeding my expectations. I now have a fabulous smile. What impressed me, as I went through this process with Blake Dental Arts, was the crispness of how Dr. Burgess along with his entire staff operated. Dr. Burgess is both kind and highly competent. he has treated my elderly parents for many years, and Ive now started going to his practice myself, even though hes not covered by my insurance -- thats how good he is! He helped me with an urgent situation after another local dentist had done some terrible work. He takes time to explain what hes doing, and he explains it in terms I can understand. His staff is superb -- they know all patients names and histories, and they seem to enjoy their work. Tammy, the techs, the front-office staff, every one Ive met there has been extraordinarily kind, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Even the bills dont hurt!
