Seemed like a very nice and outgoing place based on my experiences on the phone. My first two attempts to make my appointments failed due to unforeseen emergencies. The first time I called and left a voice message hours before my appointment to make them aware I would be unable to attend. I was in the hospital the second time, unable to contact them right away (as my matter in the hospital was more important) and I sent a message as soon as I was able. Upon attempting to set up another appointment, I was told by the secretary that they "were instructed NOT to take another appointment for me under any circumstances." Apparently when emergencies come up, this establishment could care less. Word of mouth is a very useful method of advertising. It can also be very hurtful. Sorry, I was unable to avoid an unforeseen emergency on consecutive appointments. I understand the doctors time is valuable, but to treat me like an outcast over a situation I could not control. VERY POORLY handled.

As far as the people that work at Dr. Ellis office I would give a 5 star rating,, but I dont like to go to ANY dentist. Ive had open heart surgery and going to a dentist is in about the same category. With all due respect for Dr. Ellis, he has treated me very well. I feel that using the lazier has made cleaning and cavity fillings a little more bearable. On every visitation that I have had the office and torture rooms are clean. The technicians make it as easy as they can. If they gouge my gum they at least say "oops". In order to keeps the "oops" down I go three times a year. I have an appointment coming up and if it werent for the beautiful ladies that work there, I would dread it more than I do. There is just something about a pretty ladys hand in your mouth that makes a persons day. It could be a whole lot worse......I guess.

This practice is incredible! I fractured a tooth over the weekend and was in the process of finding a new Dentist at the time (didnt feel comfortable at last Dentist), leaving me nowhere to turn on Monday morning. I did some research over the weekend and noticed how well reviewed the Laser Dentistry practice was. I decided to give it a try and showed up that Monday morning just to see if and when they could help me and if they were just as great in person. Boy, the reviews are right. There is not an individual in this practice that is anything other than wonderful, kind, caring, polite, helpful, etc! Due to a cancellation I was able to get seen that morning. Dr Clarke is a wonderful caring Doctor, who also is very knowledgeable. I have found a Dental home for my family and couldnt be happier! Scratch that off my list!

After of years dreading going to the dentist and horrible experiences at other dental offices being yelled at and shoved around from one office to another I stopped going to the dentist. Finally I had to go and researched and researched I came across them online and read all the great reviews and I have to say Dr. Clarke is the best he is very sweet and caring and is SUPER patient. I have trouble with opening my mouth for a long time and not once does he show frustration. He is always positive and understanding and has made my anxiety of going back diminish every time. He is awesome! and the staff I love! Travis is the best!!! if I have a emergency or a problem he is always able to fit us in which is wonderful!! Everyone is awesome and personable we will continue to refer everyone we know!! :)

Natalie cleaned my teeth this time. She explained everything she was doing which made me feel more relaxed because I typically dont like hands in my mouth.. You can definitely tell how experienced she was. I think she is new. Anyway, the staff up front is also fantastic. I completely forgot I had an appointment, got a text about it. Then they called me to see if I wanted to move up a week, so theyre on top of it. They all work as a team and I work in a restaurant so its great to see people genuinely care about their job. I recommend this place! Oh and Dr Ellis is great too! Ive only gone twice, saw him the first time and he also explained everything and helped me understand things I did not know before. Thanks again guys.

Everyone was pleasant. Trevor is very good on the phone with making appointments and follow up as needed. My hygienist was thorough and gentle and careful . .Dr. Ellis is a very good and knowledgeable dentist and one whom I trust to make the best decisions and referrals if needed. I would feel better if he spent just a little more time in his personal examination and perhaps more in depth in discussions or asking questions. i am not talking about personal chit chat. Over the years, I have had many dentists and I feel that this has always been important and helpful part of my dental visit.. I am very glad that he has a laser, and have benefitted from this treatment. I highly recommend him.

I cant begin to describe the feeling of Dr. Ellis office. From the wonderful personnel who make you feel very safe and extremely important to Dr. Ellis himself, who goes well beyond making money, using the most latest technology so that your procedure is as pain free as possible and works your procedures so it is the most cost efficient for you and not him. Thank you Dr. Ellis for making my recent experience after 15 yrs of avoiding the dentist because of fear, the most wonderful experience I could ask for. The best cleaning I have ever had and it was totally pain free despite my deep cavities waiting to be filled and a previous bad experience. I have told everyone I know.

New to the area and found the practice and staff to be exceptional. Timely appointments and worked with me and my husband to coordinate appointments around our schedule. After my husband had teeth pulled, staff called to check on him. Usually after every appointment, someone from the office calls to check in with us. Willing to work with us on insurance issues and went above and beyond. Like that it is a small practice, Dr. Ellis very patient with both of us. I have recommended the practice to others I work with and wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone. Dont enjoy going to the dentist, but this practice makes it much easier and I dont get anxious.

I have always been anxious going to the dentist since I was a kid and went to a clinic for dentistry. I found Dr. Ellis shortly after moving to FL. He is the kindest and gentle dentist I have ever been to. I would tell anyone to go there, and do not worry it will be just fine. The office staff and the hygienists are all excellent in the work they do. Give this office a try, you will surely be satisfied. Just a note regarding Dr Kelly Clark, he has joined this group, and is top notch in his manner, technique, and as nice as one could ever expect. Congratulations to Dr Ellis to pick such a fine young man.
