Dentistry must be a miserable profession - all those people are terrified of you! I was genuinely phobic and had put off dental work for years out of fear.I dont know why Nish Patel chose this career, but I am so glad he did. Not only does he do regular dental things painlessly, he handles all the really awful things like root canals and extractions with: no pain. and no anxiety. His chairside manner is calming. I recently went through a root canal that later became an extraction. He numbed me up, offered me nitrous oxide and beautiful music for my distraction. He kept me posted on what he was going to do, what he had already done, and what to expect.

When my other Dentist relocated and Dr. Patel took over the practice, I intended on finding a dentist closer to my home (about 20 miles away). As time went on, I failed to research and choose someone else and I needed some dental work. It was just easier to give Dr. Patel a try. Boy, was I glad I did. He and his staff are very caring. He truly cares about your dental health and does his utmost to make you feel comfortable. It is worth the drive to visit Manatee Advanced Dentistry. I recommend Dr. Patel without any reservations.

Dr. Patel is a dentist with a great bed side manner. He listens and answers questions that I can understand. His prices are not crazy high and he tries to work with you by repairing in steps to keep it affordable. His office is nice and clean. His staff are friendly and professional! I am very afraid of dentists and Dr. Patel caused me zero pain when he extracted five teeth! He is worth a visit if you have bad teeth and feel anxious about the dentist! He will not hurt you!!

My experience here was wonderful! Everyone was very friendly! I was welcomed as I walked in the door and my hygienist was very professional. Love getting my teeth cleaned here! Its always a pleasure, because they are so gentle and considerate, as well as respectful to my time. I have also had my wisdom teeth extraction done here and it was surprisingly pain-free and I healed very very quickly. I would highly recommend Dr.Patel to anyone!

This is a friendly and kind dental office. Lots of people are afraid of the dentist. But this dentist has a gentle touch which makes going there a good experience. He and his staff have a high level of expertise and are able to handle many procedures that are sometimes farmed out to other dentists. I would highly recommend this dentist.

So far so good. I go back in a few weeks for my cleaning. They took note of everything I have had issues with in the past and the doctor was very gentle. His assistant seemed very knowledgeable and they gave me a cute coffee cup with a lid as a first time patient gift. They were able to get me quickly as well.
