Dr. Arnold Dentistry office in Brandon is the best! Dr. Arnold is an excellent dentist and highly knowledgeable. He is up-to-date on new procedures and always looking out for what’s best for his patients. He always puts his patients at ease – because going to the dentist is not fun! And he can be very funny – which helps scared or frightened patients (like me). His office is always clean. All rooms are equipped with televisions to help you relax, making you very comfortable during your visit. His entire office staff are amazing – from front desk to hygienists’! Scheduling appointments are easy as they always try to work you in and reminders are sent electronically. Wait time is minimal! I always recommend Dr. Arnold to my friends or to anyone looking for an excellent dentist! I highly recommend Arnold Dentistry! If you don’t like your dentist – please give them a call – you will not regret it!

Friends: I just finished with my initial visit with Dr. Karen Morelli and Kristina this morning. Im a BIG Fan. Ive found a dentist office that, from top to bottom, is filled with professionalism, courtesy and the motivation to provide exceptional customer service. I would be remiss if I didnt send a shout out to Nadia who checked me out and handled billing my insurance. Aside from the thorough cleaning today, I felt at ease from the moment I was welcomed into the office. By far, the absolute best experience Ive ever had at a dentist office! I recently moved to Brandon/Riverview area and a friend suggested I check out this place. Youd be a fool to consider any other location. Ive never enjoyed going to the dentist, though I cant say that now. laughed almost the entire time I was there. The dental hygienist (I think her name was Elizabeth) has such a great sense of humor that I almost forgot I was at the dentist. An absolutely awesome first visit here... If your dentist isnt awesome, call them now! I highly recommend Arnold Dentistry!

Made an appt for my daughter. Took the day off when I got there and I was filling out the paperwork one of their forms is that they must keep a credit card on file. Im sorry but I will not give up my cc Info to be kept on file in a piece of paper where it can be accessed by anyone at any time. Never the less they told me it was company policy and send me on my way. I lost a day of work they lost a HUGE case all for me not giving up my cc info. I will never recommend anyone to this office.

Dr. Arnold and his staff provides stellar service. They are very knowledgeable and you can tell that everyone in the office is passionate about their work. Dr. Arnold was extremely patient and he has gentle hands. He is honest, extremely professional and has a great sense of humor. He strives to be transparent and make his patients have a comfortable experience while in his care, without feeling rushed. I just had my initial visit and was very pleased with Dr. Arnold and his staff. They treat you like a real person not just a set of teeth. I waited 10 minutes max. to be seen. Im going back for a crown tomorrow (ugh) , will update after. *Top notch! My new tooth is great, the service was stellar and the price was fair. I Highly recommend Dr. Arnold.
