Came in after a car accident with some stiffness and pain in my back and neck. Dr. Cheatwood and her staff were all very helpful. They are very friendly and are always willing to work with my schedule needs when scheduling or rescheduling an appointment. I am mostly done with my treatments and I am feeling a lot better now. I love Dr. Cheatwood and her staff!

So far my experience with Dr. Cheatwood herself has been phenomenal, the staff not so much. Melodee at the front desk came off pretty rude, and when I asked why there was a charge for FMLA paperwork she rudely said "well if you want to have another doctor do it you can go elsewhere".
