In the beginning this particular office seemed great. Nice staff clean office pricing was ok....as time moved on a big change occured. The adjusting was always the same procedure exactly the same every day...no phyiscal therapy occured due to short of staff. Than I come in for my scheduled appointment seemed to be a mix up with my insurance. Instead of being brought into office behind closed doors...my buisness was approached in front area and refused service unless i paid after being a client for a while now with no explanation. Nothing in writing not sure of what was going on left saddened and clueless. I than later called the doctor_Dr. pain she was not apologetic and was repeating everything the receptionist Lynn was saying as if I did not hear her speaking in the back ground. I therefor hung up responded that I would not return to office and wanted my paperwork and films...The owner than called me Dr. Jared Cohen and aplogised wanted to fix the situation but I decided to move forward I did not feel comfortable returning to the office. It took me a little over 3 days to get my stuff had to mention a lawyer . Dr. Cohen responded threatening him with attorney does not go well with him...however I received my paperwork and copies of my films took them to my new office they literally laughed at my films and asked who took the pictures ( looks like a child took them the one pic was so unvisible to read) I now have to retake them and harm my cells. I basically am starting all over treatment and hoping for the best...I as well signed a release form no one has returned any imformation to my new office....so good luck with this office is all I will say..

This place is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! Since the beginning of my pregnancy Ive had excruciating sciatic pain to the point of tears just trying to stand or sit. Ive been a patient here for about a month now and in the small amount of visits Ive had, I can actually function daily activities and movement without barely any pain at all!! They have helped my sleeping habits, my migraines, vertigo, and they have been able to ease the pain of just being pregnant and all of the necessary stretching and pulling that comes along with it. I can happily walk and sit as many times as I want and even that small idea of being able to do so without feeling like theres a nail in my tailbone is absolutely gratifying!! I will never stop coming here and when baby Brodie is born, he will also be a happy long-time patient here. I absolutely 100% recommend this place to any one, especially if youre pregnant!! Dr. Cohen and the staff have become a family to me and I cannot express how much I love these guys!! Definitely and undeniably a 5 star!!!

Dr. Jared Cohen really walks the talk. I actually went there because I had problems with my feet. I previously went to a Podiatrist and was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. The Podiatrist really did not do anything for me other then giving me a few exercises. After speaking with Dr. Jared Cohen he explained to me the pain in my feet can be treated in different ways other then just excersises so I decided to give it a shot. I started going to Dr. Cohen and after just a few visits my feet were felling incredible and I was able to walk and run again without the terrible pain every time I took a step. I never would have thought about going to a Chiropractor for Plantar Fasciitis until I spoke with Dr. Cohen. I am thrilled I did. Not only are my feet back to normal but my whole body feels great. I havent felt this good in a very long time. I would highly reccomend Dr. Jared Cohen to any of my friends or family. I am 100% completely satisfied and cant thank him enough for what he has helped me with.

After putting of finding a new chiropractor for quite some time, I was fortunate to run into Royal Palm Sine and Wellness at a running event where they were providing free stretching and massages post race. Despite their main location being far from my home I was happy to learn that they had the location on Royal Palm. From my first visit, the entire staff was extremely professional yet fun to be around. They do an excellent job of explaining what issues I am dealing with in a way that is easy to understand. I feel very comfortable in knowing that Dr. Cohens goal is not just to alleviate pain and discomfort but to create a healthy body and spine long term. I am looking forward to starting my physical therapy treatment that the office incorporates. I have never been to a chiropractor who provided this service as part of my treatment. I definitely recommend Dr. Cohen for anyone who is looking for a chiropractor for the first time or is looking for a change like I was!!

Best Chiropractor ever! Dr. Jared Cohen and his staff are extremely warm and welcoming. I started seeing Dr. Cohen about three months ago when I woke up with back pain so bad I could hardly move. After calling four other chroipators (apparently almost all are closed on Tuesdays), they answered and were like "come in were open and can see you"; those were the words I have been waiting to hear. He helped me decrease my pain and the cause of it. The staff is amazing. When my primary couldnt see me for a painful migraine, I had an appointment with Dr.Cohen later in the day and they let me reschedule when my primary could not see me. Chen demonstrates that he truly cares about his patients and provides outstanding service. He continuously takes the time to make sure his patients are comfortable and explains everything so that you have a clear understanding of your treatment. I highly recommend Royal Palm Spine and Wellness.

I have suffered chronic back pain for years. Ive been to Physical Therapy a few times with little success. I decided to try Chiropractic care to see if that would help. I saw Dr. Luciana Payne. She set up a series of appointments for me and worked on my back and gave me some exercises to do on my own. Within a couple weeks I was able to work and move freely without pain. It was the first time in 20 years I have finally felt relief. I cant begin to express how this has changed my life. To finally be pain free! Thank you Dr. Payne. I highly recommend her to anyone who is suffering. You dont need to live in pain. There is hope and she is it.

This practice was recommended to me by someone I could trust, and now after two months of 2x-weekly visits, I feel I can write a fair review. I had developed such sciatica that I couldnt walk and smile at the same time. Some friends suggested that I may need surgery, but chiropractic sounded gentler. I was nervous and in pain for my first several visits, but the staff was extremely warm and friendly and put me at ease. I am back to walking and smiling at the same time. My visits to the office continue in "phase two." I am learning exercises and ways of keeping my condition from returning. Excellent experience.

For years I have suffered from headaches and back pains. I have had many treatments,  doctors even neurologists, that helped me a Little bit but only short term, but thanks to daniel one of the assistants and massage therapist I found this wonderful place . Dr Payne and Daniel not only helped me get rid of my pain but helped me change my lifestyle and also made me remember that it all starts with me. Thanks to the gentle adjustments and Daniels neck and  craniosacral work i got my life back I highly recommend this place for wellness and any type of pain or injury. A thousand thanks
