This is Chuck Rapier using Alisons account to review Wellness Center. I use the one on US 1 in Port St. Lucie. Service here has been very professional. While Dr. Horne has diagnosed and treated my problem, all of his staff from the front desk to all the techs have worked hard with him to get me well. Who could or would ask for more? Five stars may not be enough.

Dr. HORN EXCELLENT. Providing medical reports LOUSY! Finished there over 4 month now and our lawyer are actually still waiting for our records. 2 stars but trust just one. No consideration for your time, fast to scold you if you miss an appointment or if your late! Find another place where you will receive all attention and not half asked Attention.

Coming to premier has changed my life. The staff is excellent, so caring and helpful. I love Allies massages and they have helped me tremendously. I am hooked for life to Premier wellness. My life has changed so much for the better. I look forward to my visits. Just thinking about seeing everyone on staff is a lift. Thanks again

I am very impressed with the professional and friendly staff. I had terrible pains in my head and Dr. Horne was able to take the pain completely away in just 2 1/2 weeks. He will now takle my back and I am confident he will fix me like new. Thank You for the opportunity to credit the entire staff for everything

Very friendly atmosphere and full of information. I have had a great experience so far. I dont normally go to doctors and whatnot but it has been great with Dr. Horne. He tells you the facts and how things works, and should work. I look forward to telling other people about my experience at Premier.
