Very bad customer service I got burned at my job my job send me there to go get treatment I made it at 11:25 am I was waiting in the lobby until 2:48 PM when they decide to call me when I was inside the room waiting for the doctor finally the doctor show up in the room at 3:30 pm and nobody ask me do I need an ice pack and they know I got Burn smh my first time in my life be gone to that place I was in so much pain only God knows

went there having asthma and wheezing and coughing . asked if they had a nubulizer to offer and the answer was no!. ok. after filling out the paperwork and waiting for an hour, was told that they do not take my insurance or american express as payment. and by that time it was 8 pm and most urgent cares close at that hour. ended up going to the hospital which treated my better than these inconsiderate ______. shame on you!

The only reason I gave one star is so that I can leave a comment. This place is ridiculous.. I was seen by a doctor and he supposedly gave me the right medication.. wrong. Medication did not work and now in order to get the right medication I have to come back in and pay another co-pay... this should have been done right the first time.. dont waste your time coming here..

These people love to lie. They dont give you back change so pay with exact amount. They think they are experienced but they dont know the difference between a kidney and a liver. They charge at the door then bring out the hidden surprise fees then lie about the amount of testing needed and the amount the test costs. Very unprofessional doctor,nurses.

Worst place I ever been. Got there, only a few people in waiting room. Waited over 1 1/2 hour for my blood to be drawn for Employer. Asked several times how long but no one seems to care until I asked to speak to the business manager who pulled my file and gave to phlebotomist right away. Will not recommend.

Visit one the doctor said from looking at it .." it looks broken - "judging from the x rays you have a stress fracture".. Visit two another doctor said the x rays came back an they are negative. You are clear for work. I mentioned " Im in pain I can barely walk" Need I say more .....

Update 2/22/17 upon speaking to the center manager Jennifer she helped me greatly and got the scheduling issue and the misunderstanding I had with the staff resolved. Jennifer is awesome.
