I wad scheduled at 1:00. I showed up early, around 10:30, as I had a last minute rescheduled exam at 2. They could not fit me in any earlier than 1:00 but thats understandable. However, 10 after 1 I went to the front desk to see why they havent called me back yet. I figured Ive been there for almost 3 hours the less they could do is get me in on time. To my dismay they didnt even enter me in the system. Now its 1:30 and they have yet to call me back. When I confronted the staff up front they said "whats the issue, its only 30 minutes passed your appointment time". I stated that I had a rescheduled exam and that I told them this earlier when I was here at 10:30. The staff said it was my fault that I had been waiting here since 10:30. I gathered my paperwork and left. I will never return nor will I recommend this office. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I have been going to First Care Medical since I arrived in Florida 10 years ago with no Health Insurance. They were very sensitive to my situation and helped me as much as possible to get the healthcare I needed and could at the same time afford. I did acquire insurance about a year later and stayed with them for OVER 10 years now even after I could afford and choose otherwise. I have been treated professionally and respectfully at all visits by all staff members. The staff has remained basically the same in the 10 years I have been going there and a happy staff to me makes a happy patient. The best thing about First Care are the hours always somehow worked for me without missing work. They are open early am to evening and Saturdays NO APPOINTMENT needed. That has come in handy many times over the years.

This place is terrible!!! Dont go here!!! I went in with a sore throat and 102 fever and the nurse (stephanie) prescribed antibiotics for a viral infection and told me to take them 4 days later. Then told me to take tylenol and salt water and see if that helps. Which is what i was doing for 2 days before i went to the doctor. If it worked i wouldnt have went in in the first place!! My throat is on fire and i still have this fever and nothing is working. I cant sleep because of this sore throat. This place is garbage. Dont waste your money here unless you want an incorrect diagnosis. Im now on my way to the ER because my fever is now at 103 and the salt water and tylenol aint helping.

This place is UNGODLY slow. The girls behind the counter know nothing, cant even fill out paperwork-a good example of diploma mills- My husband just needed the address changed on his dot physical, had to make an appt and it took 45 min!! 45 min to change an address! I refused to make my dot physical appt here, I have things to do besides sit and wait all day. It took 3 hours last time he was here.NEVER AGAIN

This place is terrible!!!!! They have terrible nurses that talk about you while you are in the room for no reason. My wife and I were so insulted by how rude they were for absolutely no reason. This is the most ghetto and unprofessional place you can get medical help in Fort Myers. The Urgent Care in Estero is 1000 times better and the people are friendly and professional.

Not impressed. Very disorganized. They forgot me in a treatment room, couldnt locate, then misread my paperwork. Basically a cluster-f. 1 hour and 59 mins for drug screen and physical- you be the judge.

Spectacular facility! Staff is super friendly, very helpful. The office is a nice, clean, inviting environment. The ARNP was knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend them to everyone!!

Not clean. Waited 3hours just for a drug test. The employees behind the counter was very unprofessional. Lobby very small for patients to sit.
