If there was an option for negative stars this place would definitely receive it. Went to this facility even though I have heard only bad things about the staff and the treatments, only to walk in the doors with a very sick patient and to be denied and told to go somewhere else. Heartless woman at the desk, the staff just didnt care.. they clearly dont care about anyone or their jobs. They are rude, and this place needs to be shut down and a real medical center needs to be there. Please if you have to go to a express clinic or anything please go to Twinsburg urgent care or an actual hospital... worst place ever...

Absolutely garbage!!!!! The women that work here I would not trust with even the simplest cold!!! My mother went in with heart problems and the RN nurse was like oh you must have the flu or a sprained neck! She had a blood pressure of 182/108 !!! Before i had to rush her in!!!! And then does not even ask for allergies for medications before giving her drugs!!! This place is a joke and do not waste your time with these half wits!!!

Convenient for the neighborhood. Waited the longest to fill out my paperwork. That took 40 mins. The wait time to get back and seen was much faster. There is no Doctor just medical assistants and nurse practitioners. Very friendly and the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable.

Outstanding medical care from Dr Lou Howitz and his professional staff during my husbands health emergency. The "team" went above and beyond determining the cause of his medical problem. Also, they extended fine Buckeye hospitality to we Michiganders.
