Dr. Harvey was outstanding and so was the rest of the staff. I went in feeling a bit hopeless. I was in so much pain, had not slept in days and had not been able to even eat in more than 36 hours. I was a mess. They got me in THAT DAY and not only diagnosed the issue but didnt let me leave until my root canal was complete and my tooth was crowned. I woke up this morning feeling like a changed person. I had been dealing with this pain on and off for almost a year. Using temp filler for where my filling had fallen out, until one morning I woke up and there was no easing the pain any longer. I had a full blown migraine from the intensity of it. All of the assistants were so kind, consistently checking on me throughout the process, making sure I was comfortable and feeling ok. The whole experience was awesome. Im a far cry from done with my dental work, but I can promise you the rest of it will be done by Dr. Harvey and his team. I trust them, because I know they are professional, extremely clean, and by the lengths they went to, to ensure I was feeling top notch when I left, they truly care about their patients. I recommend them to everyone, because there is no better than Aspire Dental.

During one of the times we had the greatest need for a dentist for my husband who is a veteran & senior citizern. Dr. McNair made himself available the very same day and at a discount rate. He was kind to my husband and made him feel at ease and did a wonderful job. Both of us if in need of a dentist would go from Jacksonville to Lake City just to go to his practice. I always suggest him to anyone in need of a dentist. I also want to mention the staff has a kindness about them you just dont see other places and you feel it as well. The wait is very short. Your not just a phone call or a customer your actually appreciated and treated better than at honestly any business we have ever been too for such services. If this could go past 5 stars it would. Love Aspire Dental!!....My crown came off over the weekend... I called them today and they said I could come in at 5:30pm which was great, I didnt have to miss any work! They said they had time to do a new crown prep and if I wanted to do it right now they could, so I went ahead and got two crowns prepped!! (I had another tooth in the same area that needed a crown, figured why get numb twice!).... The place is amazing, very high-tech, Doctors are fantastic, shots do not hurt and the staff is wonderful! ..... I love going to the dentist!! Why would somebody not want to go to someone who can help them have a beautiful smile! (Copied from my Facebook post day of treatment 10/26/15)

Tooth was cracked, infected, and hurt like crazy. They wanted to talk about issues with the gums and not the tooth then they gave me a antidepressant saying it would help me not to grind my teeth while sleeping. They didnt tell me it was an antidepressant so it is a good thing I look things up before I take them. My tooth still hurt, and I had to go somewhere else to get something to kill the infection which caused a blister right beside the tooth. I have no plans of ever going back.

The dentist was very informative as to the procedures that needed to be done and gave me sufficient time to evaluate and question anything I did not understand. Dr. McNair is a wonderful dentist. He saw me in a urgent situation og a broken tooth. He talks to you and makes you feel at ease even though getting a tooth pulled is the last thing a person wants to do. But He did it and before I knew it "I said you pulled it already?" It was gone so was the pain. I was on a antibiotic and a couple pain pills but those I really didnt need I just used some salt watm water. He is A+++ in my book.

My husband and I have been going to Aspire Dental Group since we moved to Lake City 13 years ago. Love both Dr. Harvey and Dr. McNair. The staff is absolutely terrific - courteous, professional, friendly. If you have an emergency, they cant be beat. You will get in to see someone within 24 hours. We have never had service from a dentists office this good before.

Ive been coming here since I was a kid they are the only dentist I trust I love the girls and Dr. Harvey too sweetest people Ive ever met I highly recommen them to everyone the first time I had my wisdom tooth taken out I was shaking like a leaf and after a while they calmed me down now I only have 1 out of 4 left ^_^ Im soooooooo comfy here ^_^

I was a little apprehensive about getting a wisdom tooth removed, but my visit was a raging success. The dentist was able to get my tooth out with no problems. The healing process and suggestions to foster proper healing were explained clearly. Everyone was very nice, from the time I walked in the door to the moment I left.

I was very disappointed in the service. It took almost an hour to be seen. They did XRays and exam told him what i needed done. but the doctor did not address my problem. He said there was no problem but wanted to do 11,000 dollars worth of dental work that was not necessary. Is that crazy or what?
