I absolutely love my experience at Dr. Dempseys office. Brittany at front desk is always pleasant and very helpful. Ashley, Dr. Dempsey dental assistant is always so kind and so informative. She always explains everything as it is happening. Dr. Dempsey is always so detailed and informative as well. I have had some bad experiences in the past and can finally say that I found the perfect dental place for me and my family. I will continue to refer everyone I know with any dental needs. Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness.

I finally have found a denstist that cares, isnt all about the money and making a flashy business for himself, and that cares about each patient. Dr. Dempsey took me in as an emergency hours before I had to leave for a vacation to Europe. I was worried that after a dental procedure flying and such a long trip would be devastatingly painful, BUT he did such a great job that I felt NOTHING and was able to enjoy my vacation. I recomend him and his staff to all. He is very knowledgable and very good at what he does.

I have been to many different dentists. There is no other Dr. I would go to to trust and does an excellent job. No pain very gentle. Way he does it is amazing. He has a way of giving a shot my very sensitive mouth can handle. Also I went to others and said I need thousands of dollars of work done. Dr. Dempsey does what is needed. He is to be trusted and no fear here. "The staff is excellent". Look no further.

Had a bad experience 5 years ago at another dentist office and it fueled my fear to not go back. I finally worked up the courage to make an appointment with Dr. Dempseys office and I feel so much better. He and Betsy are AMAZING. I felt ashamed/scared that I hadnt gone in so long and they made me so so comfortable and made me feel so much better about going back. Ill recommend to everyone.

Always a welcoming atmosphere from when you first walk in, to when you leave. My hygienist is very knowledgeable and always keeps me up to date on what I really need to focus on at home. Dr Dempsey is THE BEST dentist I have encountered and I know no matter if I am coming for a routine cleaning or something more involved, I am in good hands from start to finish .

Dr. Dempsey is a awesome dentist. He is thorough and gentle. He does not try to upsell you on anything. He explains everything is easy to understand terms. His office staff is warm and efficient. The dental hygienists are warm, professional individuals. Best of all the office staff ensures that schedules are adhered so you are never kept waiting.

I always have a very positive experience with Dr. Dempsey and his office staff. I have never had any pain with the procedures and everyone makes sure to inform me of exactly what the procedures are and the costs. No surprises when it comes time to settle the bills!! I live in Seminole Heights but I absolutely dont mind to drive 35 minutes to get to Smile Design Dentistry of Trinity. I love how professional all the staff is. Betsy is my dental hygienist and I couldnt be happier about the wonderful, meticulous job she does. Plus she is super nice. I highly recommend this place.

Im not a big fan of dental offices, but when I started coming to Smile Design I fell in love! Dr. Dempsey has fixed my smile by fixing all of the cavities in my mouth, repairing a chipped tooth in the front top, and he is doing everything he can to help me keep my soft teeth. Would I recommend this office? Yes!!!

They are great, on time, they let you know about things, but never pushy. I never have to go back twice. It never hurts. One time I had a root canal, I had so much anxiety,but it was all for nothing. I was shocked. I did not feel a thing.
