These professionals were the best!!!! I was in pain for weeks with a bad tooth. I called everywhere I could think of and finally found Palms Medical Group in Lake City. They were willing to take me within a couple of hours although they were booked. With no dental insurance, they treated me with the ultimate respect and compassion. I will refer them to everyone I know.

I have gone to medical clinic for @least 15 yrs. They are excellent. I dont like thier there new system of not making appointments . I will soon be on Medicare hope I dont have any glitches there. When I did not have insurance they saw me on a sliding scale. Now I have insurance so hopefully they make a little.

I really want to said thanks this Medical place, they have a great customer service and professional care. But, now is very hard make a appointment same day on the phone; I recommend that is possible get an appointment when the patient needed in person or by phone.

They have good doctors but dont expect to get seen quickly, the wait times are ridiculous
