I came to Elevation Health – Lake Mary – as the result of a back injury that was nearly debilitating. I did not want to ingest any more OTC pain relievers or get a prescription. I finally decided that it was time for a chiropractor (my sister in Tucson has been singing the praises of the healing effects of chiropractic care for years). It was time. I sought out recommendations and quickly learned about Dr. Dan from my pastor (of course I am going to trust him). Keep in mind that I had been to a chiropractor many years ago and was not “sold” on what a chiropractor could do. So of course I was hesitant. Now I am wondering – What took me so long?!?!?! I feel like a new woman. My first visit was in November 2013 and I can say that it has been a life changing experience. The doctors and staff are very concerned about the well-being of the “whole person”. Many a time I have gone for my appointment feeling like something the cat drug in and after my physical therapy warm-ups, my adjustment (WOW!) and time on the Universal Traction System (UTS) I walk out of there like I can tackle the world. Lest I forget to add that the friendly bantering that goes on makes me feel like I am part of the family. Back to how it has changed my life. I have had a chronic lower back problem which I have been treating with different doses of Motrin over the years. I also suffer from shoulder and neck pain that I thought was all about living on the computer as part of my job. Well, let me tell you, my neck and shoulders are much healthier due to the adjustments and therapy (on site and at home). My lower back is much better as well. My intake of OTC meds is substantially lower nearly nonexistent (the pharmaceutical companies aren’t making a killing on me anymore). At Elevation Health, I have been taught how to properly sit in front of my computer, walk (if you will) while carrying my purse, and to get in and out of the car, just to name a few things. I learned a lot about what I was doing wrong and what I can do to correct it. My neck in itself has shown considerable correction. When I went for one of my evaluations and the x-rays revealed a significant change, all of the doctors and staff members were so excited about my progress. Dr. Dan, Dr. Leif, and Dr. Bodine strive to do the best to see me improve and heal. They are encouraging and always reassessing my needs in order to get the most improvement. They are not trying push meds down my throat with a ‘well let’s see if this works’ mentality. No, they treat the whole person and see what adjustments, or therapy will work best. I can say that the doctors at Elevation Health are right on target! I will be forever grateful for everything the wonderful doctors have done for me at Elevation Health.

I am delighted to tell you the difference Dr. Yachter and his chiropractic care has made in my life. First of all I was already seeing another chiropractor who I thought was aligning my back when he was just balancing my hips. He charged a substantial amount of money for this and I would be in pain again within 24 hours. My back felt like it was coming unhinged, and I was routinely woken up with pain in the night and sitting on ice during the day, just to cope. I felt like I needed some kind of physical therapy for my back as I was becoming more disabled. When I mentioned this to the chiropractor, he just said losing weight would solve the problem which was true, but my back was in real trouble. I did not know what to do and finally I had to wear a back brace, every day, to hold myself together. My brother has said this was the best he has felt in his whole life! So he enrolled me in Dr. Yachter’s health program, which I thought was a divine appointment, and after the first week I did not need my back brace anymore! Over about 3 weeks the pain subsided. After about 6weeks, I am stronger physically and able to do house work and shop at the store without using a scooter! And on the Nutrimost plan I lost 31 pounds in 47 days!!! My back is together again and I am getting stronger! The difference? Dr. Yachter, is determined to correct your chiropractic problem…he is not content to help you cope. So if you are serious are about getting healed, this is your answer to prayer. He makes it easy and very affordable to have x-rays done and other testing to take the guess work out of your condition. He is able to put you on a plan of exercises and therapy that will ensure improvement. Then he monitors these improvements with continued testing & measurements. My name is Pamela Simpson. About 3 months ago I was driving in my car listening to 950am on my car radio and I heard a Chiropractor by the name of Dr. Dan from Elevation Health talking about the human body and the spine, and all the things that can go wrong when you have a shift in your spine. He also talked about adjusting the spine and the benefits that you can achieve from that. This sounded very interesting. He also mentioned that the creator which is God created our bodies to heal themselves, but we have to do the right thing. Some of the things he was talking about when you have a shift in your spine, my husband and I was experiencing some of these symptoms. I came home and told my husband what i heard, and being the supportive husband that he is, he told me to make an appointment so we could see what its all about. That was the best decision we made. First he did an x-ray of the head and spine, and sure enough we had a shift in our spine, which was causing our problems. I had numbness and tingling all over my body, at time its hard for me to get up after sitting. I felt like my body was giving up on me. My husband had terrible back pain from years of construction work. He used to be leaning to one side when he walks, among other problems. He told us about subluxation and nutrition, and about moving the interference so the body can heal itself. He said we dont need drugs to heal the body. This sounded practical. We started going for adjustments 3 times per week, and we are like walking miracles, if someone had told us about this and we never experienced it for ourself we would not have believed it. We are renewed in our body tremendously. If there is anyone out there who is experience any kind of problems in their body and need to be renewed without all these prescription medication call Dr. Dan at Elevation health. My husband and I are very pleased with our out come so far. All the Doctors at Elevation Health are so nice, they treat us like family, they know all their patients by name, its amazing.
