The star i have given this place is for the staff there. They seem to be good but the Dr who has replaced Dr Schick needs to get her stuff together. This is the 2nd time my stepson has missed his medication refill because the Dr has to review his case and did not do so when we first called for his refill. She has scheduled a testing and given us a referral to a place that does not even perform that type of testing as well as not telling us about the referral and receiving it in the mail 5 days after the test was to be performed by (paperwork says it was ordered a month before.) I am now switching his pediatrician to Lakeside Peds where I know he will receive excellent care.

Horrible place the only intelligent Dr left there is Kelly. You cant just call anymore and speak to someone you get put on a waiting list and sat on hold for a rude representative. Crazy to think this is what happens after someone dies they go and make all these changes. Looking into changing Drs as this office is so unfit for multiple reasons

Dr. Schick is wonderful as is most of the staff with the exception of one of the girls at the front desk. She has a horrible attitude and isnt very pleasant and one of the assistants whos very rude. My kids have gone to Dr. Schick and these new additions in the last couple of years are worthless.

If you love waiting for an hour or more to talk to someone while the staff ignores you, this is the place. If you use Dr. Schick for years and lose your insurance, they will send you out the door immediately. They dont care. Very, very disappointed in the care (or the lack thereof) they provide.
