Do not go to this doctor unless you dont mind waiting for hours. Every time Ive been there Ive been there I wait in the waiting room for at least an hour and back in the room for at least an hour. My sons last appointment was at 3:15pm and I didnt leave until 5:45pm. Also he doesnt use electronic medical records. And the last two times he didnt bring my sons chart in the room. He was asking me questions like what shots he had last time. And Im like Im not sure you should have this information! I paid my $10 for blue/yellow forms that werent even correct and Im never going back there again.

Dont waste your time there. Had an appointment at 9 once and got out at 12:00. The doctor came in for about 10 minutes at most so the rest of the time there was waiting for someone. The whole entire place is just trash, Im suprised its still open. They cancelled an appointment once saying they ran out of the vaccination and they would call back when they had it back in stock and never got a call but its honestly more beneficial to me. I wouldnt want to go back to that place anyways and waste my time when a shot literally takes less than a minute.

Took my daughter to see dr. Del Valle and instead of taking care of my daughters medical needs he tried to sell me Amway products. Then to make matters worse the nurse who we found is his daughter because she called him dad was wearing see-thru leggings and you can see her thong. The nurse didnt even take my daughters vitals. At that point I had to explain to my 9 year old daughter what a thong was. The unprofessionalism of this pediatrics clinic is inexcusable. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE IF YOU VALUE THEIR HEALTH!!!!!!

Dont even waste your time going to this pediatrician. There is no regard for your actual health and more regard for his pocket so the minute that he can not make more money off of you he stops caring about your child care. He will send for a million different things before he writes for a specialist just so you dont leave his practice and go elsewhere and he keeps getting the pay cut. By far the worst experience I have had with a pediatrician

One of the worst Doctors ever, if you question something he treats you like dumb because hes the Doctor and if you change Doctor his wife calls to your house to insult you, dont go there even if he is the last Doctor in town unless you want Sick care instead of Healthcare

By far, best pediatrician I have taken my son to. Dr. Del Valle is beyond caring and responds quickly to situations. Called in as soon as they opened because my son had a fever and they got me in right away without any hesitations. Love the doctor and his staff!

Receptionist doesnt even speak english fluently. Does not have a sick room, the Doctor has been by far the worst ive ever seen. Couldnt even explain what was wrong with my son, just kept saying "you know." Seriously? Never again going back!
