Jamaican medical assistant with short redish color hair is unfriendly and rude.Call me in with an attitude and did not even introduce herself.step out of the waiting room several times without excusing herself or saying a word.zero bedside manners.This girl acted like we got beef and i dont know her or she was dealing with a HIV patient and even if it was its her job.Valrie need to train her.Dr mendez is amazing but i never get to see him and hes the only Dr understands,listen and always prescribe the right medication.Young dr seems like he dont know nothing but im gon give him another shot before i call it quit.Dr mendez you are great but your staff is rude

La mejor clínica saben hacer su trabajo, para mí ya una casi institución muy bien organizada, demasiado velijerantes, muy amables y bastantes respetuosos ; que en muchas clínicas no hay. Les digo me encanta

The worst clinic to go to, not only you wait forever you dont always get to see the doctor since she refused to seeing patients towards to closing time. Extremely rude that day with no consideration for her patients time. I would recommend anyone to find another clinic, they charged me a co pay and I didnt get to see any doctors that particular day due to the doctors rudeness. Expecting a refund! Run for your life

The office has several doctors on staff. I mainly see Dr. Mendez and I cannot be happier with his services (Im sure theyre all good but I can relate with Dr. Mendez). My wife and I love the office staff, theyre very friendly and attentive. I recommend if youre looking to switch your primary. The office has several people that speak all types of languages: English, Spanish, French, Creole, and Italian.

Accompanied my dad to his appointment. Today was his first visit, he was very pleased. He told me the doctor was very thorough and she was really nice and made him feel relaxed through the entire process. I was surprised as my dad is hard to please. He has recommended her to me, so I am definitely considering it.

Worst staff EVER every time I call to have something faxed to a doctor never gets done. To many people answering the phone and dont know anything. NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!
