Dr Jeffrey Presser. I have never met the doctor even though been a patient for 7 months. My surgeon has faxed over the paperwork so i can get my skin cancer removed twice . I have faxed over the paperwork once and there still calling me for the paperwork. I have never been to a doctor office that appears to be run by temp workers. They only want to charge your insurance for tests that have already been done just a month ago. I have had 3 ekgs in 7 months and i dont even have heart problems. Ive had two physicals in 7 months . Im going to report Dr Presser and his temporary staff for insurance fraud . I need to get my skin cancer removed and they couldnt care less . Do not go to this practice

I truly appreciate the time and attention paid to myself and husband (we r both patients). The levels of professionalism and compassion by Dr Presser, all the wonder ARNPs- and we had seen them all- the RNs, techs, and awesome office staff who I call at least once a week. Thank you. I know at times there maybe a wait, but your healthcare is important and these professionals are worth it because they invest their time in you.

The absolute best doctor that Ive ever had. He took care of my Grandmother until her passing from vascular dementia related issues. He has been my doctor for 11 years now. Dr. Presser takes the extra time to explain things in ways that I can understand them. The office staff is friendly and works with my busy schedule. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Presser.

The staff is friendly but not professional. Nurse practitioner Olivia is attentive other than that this practice is horrible. Not sure Dr. Presser ever steps foot through the door. I waited sick in the room for 1.5 hours then they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Not good.

This place is a joke. Im disputing my bill. They didnt know what room to put me in. They didnt know why I was there. I waited two hours and saw no one. They moved locations and lost all professionalism. Dirty and unorganized.
