Dr. Rae is an amazing and respected Doctor. He has to deal more than any one should have to deal with, especially when it comes to patients. To the person who wrote he is never in...Doctors are human and they get sick too. To the person who wrote about the 175.00-Try going to a hospital. Wanna know the difference? At the office you have to pay for the visit at the office they bill you and I can bet you never pay the bill. Doctors with their own office have to make a living and for the service he provides I think the visit should be alot more. To the woman who claimed she got slapped?! At a doctors office??? Really? That makes no sense. I know everyone of the girls who work there and I can guarentee that his every day patients would highly disagree with you!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went in while on vacation beacuse of course you always get sick on vacation. Well it was the day before I left and I had a very high fever. I went in a half hour before closing and before I could even open my mouth was told I could not see the doctor today. I left but my boyfriend wanted to talk to someone and explain the situation. We were actually CHASED out the door with the head nurse screaming at us. When I started to get upset she then SLAPPED me across the face and pushed my out the door and locked it. Of course a police report was filed and the BBB was contacted but I would highly advise if you are in the keys to either go to Key West or drive up to Homestead. I thought doctors were supposed to make you better, not worse!

I have been into this office 3 times and each was more terrible then the others. This place is an absolute joke! I thought the purpose of an urent care is to be open and that the Dr would be there when you needed him. By far the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The office staff are by far the rudest I have ever encountered and the doctor is not much better. I guess they figure they can act however they want to being the only place in town. Horrible Horrible experience overall!!!

This place is a scam. Rude front desk that dose not want to call to insurance company. Address is wrong. On top, they posted on website that they work with major insurance companies, but they do not. They want only cash while major credit cards posted on front door. Dont waste your time go right away to other nearest urgent walk in clinic. Homestead, for example. Again -100% negative feedback

Total scam: was on vacation, called ahead to see if they take my insurance. They said absolutely yes, come on over. Upon arrival, the story changed to: you must pay cash upfront, $180+ (supposedly out-of-county insurance plans are not covered - nonsense). Address is wrong, but I am not correcting to avoid setting you up for a rip-off.

This place is a joke. We are down here on vacation and my mother who just had spinal surgery 2 months ago came here because she had pain in her neck. The doctor kicked her out and accused her of just trying to get drugs. Place was dirty and looked gross. This was the worst visit to a doctor I have ever had

Dr. Rae and his staff were professional and courteous. We went for a recurring staph infection. Dr. Rae was the only doctor (weve been to three) who treated it as it should be treated and gave us the information and medication to keep it from returning. Best doctor in the keys!!

Office was rude and would not verify insurance for my 1 year free physical. Kept trying collect money. Must be a scam going on. I verified with my insurance and they said there was no deductible. I had to argue with them to get them to call insurance company to validate.

Werent open when their hours on both Google and their own website said they were. And when you go, theres a sign on the window that they only accept cash as a form of payment. Go to Dr. Ginsburg 10 minutes south, he takes walk-ins and was excellent to deal with.

The doctor had me in and out in 15 min! Maybe it was luck, but I doubt that as he talked to me about other issues as well. He also recommended I get my prescription next door at the grocer pharmacy since it would be FREE. Thanks for the good quick service!

Ive been seeing Dr. Rae for 23 years, he has seen my children and grandchildren! His staff very courteous, his bed side manner is wonderful. He has taken care of everything from a HOOK IN MY FINGER to my grandchilden tummy pains. Thank you Dr. RAE!!
