Dr. Franco is one of the first doctors to actually be interested in my disease and help me to control the pain that i am constantly in. I have no complaints about anyone in the office, I am always treated with respect and lots of care.. I will never go to any other primary, he is the sweetest, caring doctor i have been to in my 31yrs of life.. He is patient and very understanding, I would recommend him to my family and friends. I stay I. Homestead but it is worth the drive just to keep him as my primary dctr.

If you feel like being treated like dirt. Go visit the nasty elderly woman at the front desk. There is a really nice younger girl that used to work the front desk but now they have this woman who shouldnt be aloud to deal with the public checking people in. She is rude, nasty and acts like shes above everyone. Get it together or get another job. The doctor is great but I had to find another doctor because I was tired of dealing with that shrill, loud hag. What a way to ruin the business

It is so refreshing to openly engage in conversation on your health with a doctor and have them acknowledge your level of knowledge plus respect your views. Dr. Franco is very warm, affable, open and approachable. He is willing to let me be an active participant in my health care. Thats exactly the kind of practitioner I was looking for. Very pleased with my visit and he took plenty of time to speak with me and more importantly, hear me out. I look forward to my next visit.

IF YOU NEED SOME ABUSE BEFORE SEEING DR. FRANCO, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I WITNESSED THE STAFF TREATING AN ELDERLY WOMAN EXTREMELY RUDELY. THEY HAD NO PATIENCE WITH THIS BRAZILIAN WOMANS ENGLISH AND WOULD CLOSE THE FRONT WINDOW IN HER FACE AS SHE WAS SPEAKING. THEN I GOT A LITTLE TASTE OF UNKINDNESS MYSELF, FROM THE STAFF AND THEN THE DRS. ASSISTANT, NUBIA. I LIKED DR. FRANCO VERY MUCH YET I WILL NEVER RETURN.

Dr. Gerry is kind, gentle, understanding and extremely competent! Ive been going to him for over 15 years and he and his staff have been nothing but wonderful. I think its highly unfair some reviewer gave the doctor 1 star because he had a problem with his receptionist! BTW, reviewer...its "allowed" not "aloud". Hmph.

The office isnt fancy, but Ive found Dr Franco to be thorough, compassionate and he actually spends quality time with patients (unlike my Dr at Mt Sinai, great office but you had 60 seconds with him before youre passed on to an associate). Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr Franco is one of the Best, always there for his patients. He truly cares about each and everyone of his patients, Hes been my family doctor now for over 15 years and Ive always had 5 star treatment by Dr. Franco and staff. I consider them family theyre amongst the best!!!
