I had two front teeth that were crossing over --had braces 50 years ago and they had been straight for a long while. Sunlake advertised doing crowns in one day to straight these front teeth. Cost was over $2,000 and they were not as white as I requested and they were not aligned properly in my gum. The tooth adjoining was left with a spot of cement on it which caused it to darken. When I returned to ask her to remove the spot and asked why she had also misaligned the two front crowns, she had the nerve to charge me for the visit and made no offer to correct her error. Now that tooth is brown. I certainly could not recommend her.

WORST DENTIST EVER!!! Dr. Patel had no idea what she was doing. 3 visits to them and I still was left with a tooth I wanted EXTRACTED AND I ALREADY PAID UP FRONT!!! Took over 2 weeks for them to agree to refund and even then took $45 for a "cancellation" that THEY CANCELED!!! Seriously stay away from here!!! The reviews that are posted on here are fake and should be reported. The only reason why they even get 1 star is because the dental assistant that was with me during my visits was extremely nice. Other than that this place is as big of a joke as Aspen Dental!!! BEWARE IF YOURE IN PAIN YOULL LEAVE THEIR OFFICE STILL IN PAIN!!!!

Absolutely wonderful staff. Friendly and accommodating. They took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns in a professional, yet relaxed, manner. I had two crowns done in order to replace previous filings from another dentist that had fractured and cracked. The crowns look great and they have continued to work with me to ensure a perfect fit. The dentist discovered that I didnt need something that was on my initial treatment plan. Most other dentists would have taken my money anyway but Lumina Dental only treated what was necessary and saved me money. I highly recommend giving them a try!

(All the good reviews are fake they give free whitening kit to those who give the best review!)Theyre unfriendly stuck up people. Made me and my husband drive 20 miles to their location just to tell us he wasnt qualified. We gave them our insurance information a week before we showed up. (Btw we have great insurance & its PPO)...then gave us no reason for him not being qualified...we were really upset. All he was getting was an exam and they couldnt even do that lol...go somewhere else, not worth it!

I called in excruciating pain. The person who answered the phone Rosa was so nice and understanding. She was able to get me in right away. When I got there they worked me into the schedule and Joslen the assistant was so helpful. Ashley went over my treatment and the prices were very affordable. She set me up with affordable monthly payments. Dr. Shurova was very professional and caring. She took my tooth out the same day. This was the best dental visit and I will continue coming here.

Total waste of time. I made an appointment for a cleaning for a Monday, they took the appointment, called me 2 hours before my appointment to remind me, sat there for an hour, just for them to tell me their orthodontist only works on Fridays. Why would you make an appointment, call the person two hours earlier the day of, have them sit in your office for an hour, if everybody should know your orthodontist only work on Fridays? What kind of dentist office only cleans teeth on Fridays?!

This office has a very long wait and out- of date equipment. I had to wait an hour before the dentist came into the small room. Secondly, I was there for a cosmetic service advertised on their website. When the dentist showed up in the room, she had no clue the service was listed on their site and instead tried to do a dental exam. There website is a complete bait and switch. Avoid and look for a dentist with the latest dental technology and shorter wait times.

Like many, I have the dentist phobia, but it was time for me to find a new dentist & drag myself in. The office is built around customer care & convenience. I let them know upfront about my phobia & how it takes me addl 15-20mins to get numb. Everyone was great & kept everything upbeat so I can say I made it thru a filling without an anxiety attack! Its hard to find a dentist to listen to you but now that Ive found one over here...I will be highly recommending!

I am so pleased with the services i reserved from the Staff of Lumina dental they are awesome, kind,and curtious. I thought with all the problems i had going on with my teeth there was going to be less happiness coming from my end for sure. BUT WITH THE AFFORDABLE PRICES AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and the DOCTORS REALLY CARING ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING, I COULDNT IMAGINE GOING TO ANY OTHER DENTAL OFFICE.. Thank you so much

The staff here are great I went in last week got all my work started the same day which was great since I have a very busy schedule. They even have virtual reality glasses they placed on me so I was able to watch movies while the doctor worked on me it was very cool.The facility is clean and organized. I am very impressed. Im going back next week to finish my work and glad they are my dentist now.

After getting a first and second opinion I decided on going to Sunlake Dental . They have a very friendly staff and also offered multiple ways of financing the extensive work that I needed . The most important thing was that they offered sedation dentistry and the work they have done so far has been pain free ,putting me at ease. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good dentist !

My husband and I came here today for an emergency "last minute" treatment. What an amazing surprise. From the front desk, the dental techs, to the Office Manager -- they were all super polite and very welcoming. Special Thanks to Ashley... you are great! I have found my dental office -- and my hubby too! (And believe me, he is not easy on doctors)

Horrible. Gentle Dental like with a different name. Youre just a number, the place is dirty and the front desk girl was eating a chicken wing at the front desk. The assistants were too busy on their cell phones to call me back, 40 minutes later. I couldnt understand a word the Dr said. I left before they gave me treatment information. Awful.

When I started here there was a Dr. P (female) who was outstanding in all ways. She has left and been replaced with Dr. E (male). While his technical skills are excellent his interpersonal skills and attentiveness to patient comfort need some work. After my prepaid treatment plan is complete I will be looking for another dentist.
