Be warned!!! I will never, ever visit any of the Smile Bright Dental offices again. They are the most unethical and crooked people I have ever dealt with. Not only did they overcharge me for dental procedures covered by my insurance company, they also charged me $1,950 for two crowns that were allegedly not covered by my insurance company. They refused to utilize the perfectly acceptable crowns that were covered by my insurance company. My initial reason for my visit was for severe tooth pain. I was advised that I needed a root canal, a crown on the effected tooth, plus an additional crown to replace an older crown. Dr. Chadha performed a partial root canal. For the next three days I was in such severe pain that I returned to the office and had the root canal completed. Once I realized that Smile Bright Dental only cares about the money and not the patient, I canceled the two crowns; before they were made by their lab, and requested a refund. I then immediately switched to a fantastic new dentist. The tooth that the root canal was performed on was so severely infected that my new dentist referred me to an endodontist. The endodontist had to lance my gum, remove an infectious cyst, scrap out all the infection, and remove a root that was never removed during my initial root canal. Also, the infection was so bad that it actually infected the tooth next to the root canal tooth. I ended up having to have a root canal on that tooth too but, only after my stitched up gums healed and the infection was gone. In addition to this nightmare, it’s been four months and Smile Bright Dental still has not been refunded me the $2,044 that they owe me. I will continue to fight until my money is refunded. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Karma always wins. Received my $2,044 check today. Big thanks to Cigna dental insurance for recognizing that Smile Bright Dental are unethical crooks

DO NOT GO HERE! It was the worst experience Ive had. AND I been visiting several orthos, oral surgeon and this was me trying them as new dentist. I can assure you that theyre pricing and evaluation is outrageous. I am speak with the insurance to know why are they them in our network. I should of trusted the other comments about this place!! As for fillings, becareful as they made me pay for "Desensitizing Topical" which I asked several times if it was necessary, They avoided the question, said it went hand on hand with filling. WHICH IS A COMPLETE LIE. They use probably to rip off. They will charge you $95 per tooth. YOU DO NOT NEED IT. For a cleaning they were charging me about $600. EVEN GOOGLE WILL TELL YOU "A standard teeth cleaning by a dental hygienist can cost $75-$200, depending on the dentists office and local rates. CostHelper readers report paying $80-$175, or an average cost of $127 for just a routine cleaning. Frequently a teeth cleaning appointment will also include dental X-rays and an exam by the dentist." I had a different dental office tell me I have 2 cleanings per year included in my dental insurance. Why would I pay them $600?. I COULD GO ON & ON ABOUT THE COST BUT the finance lady was the worst!!!! I have never experienced someone so RUDE AND SUCH A NASTY ATTITUDE. I could hear when she made rude comments to the other dental staff about ME. When I asked her question about the chargers, she was not helpful at all, did not justify the costs. JUST STAY AWAY. THIS IS FIRST REVIEW I EVER MADE ON GOOGLE REVIEW. PROBABLY WILL BE THE ONLY BECAUSE THIS IS HOW STRONGLY OF BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD!!

The WORST WORST WORST clinic ever.I went over there a year ago,I chipped my front tooth.They did a terrible job,the color mismatched ,the price was ridiculous,i think i paid 700 dollars for some light cleaning and tooth repair and when i went there the second time after a month to ask them to fix the color,they sat me in a chair,left for 30 minutes,then finally ,when they came back,they just started poking my gums with needles without even asking me ,then gave me a list of what else they can do to my teeth,ARE YOU SERIOUS??, i didnt want to stay there another minute.After only 2 months the bonding piece that they put, just fell off suddenly,and I went to the other clinic this time ,paid only 200 for the same job but 1000 times better.Worst experience I ever had.Thanks.

These guys are plain thieves, I went there for a cleaning, all that I asked. I only got x-rays, then recommended like 10 different things, and the office manager will come over once to go over options. Then asked me for over $7500 worth of work needed done, and that I can finance.or pay cash, since.my insurance covered only 50℅ . I said I would review, it and call them back on it, once I was done. She said you are done Sir. I asked where is my cleaning, thats the only reason I came. Lady said, no sir you cannot have a cleaning done, it would just get worse. What exactly will get worse??? I smell fraud, Im calling my insurance company to report this. Ultimately, nothing got done just x-rays .. beware. All crooks.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! The financial person there is so rude and mean. She makes you feel like all they care about is money and not how you feel or if your in pain. NO compassion nor customer service. Ive been there only 2 times and I will never go back. I immediately switched providers today. These people are CROOKS and dont care about the patient only MONEY. I will be alerting my insurance on the scam they are running and all of their over-pricing. Bad experience and I would not recommend to anyone.

Well unlike most dental offices this office is open on Saturdays & they accept walk-ins!! Pretty fast service if you ask me, they took my information, took my x-rays right away, & Dr. Patel was professional & explained in details what he found & his recommendations, I dont have dental insurance so they gave me financial options, & the staff was very friendly & helpful... some of the staff are bilingual if you prefer to speak Spanish, they can help you... Hablan Español si usted no habla ingles.

I had a great experience at Smile Bright Dental, I was seen on a Saturday as an emergency. I had a great experience, staff was all nice and respectful, as well as very informative of my dental needs, everything was explained to me. I was offered Care Credit, which helped me financially. I know I would recommend Smile Bight Dental to any of my friends and family.

Very Caring and Understanding to patients I was very scare to dentist to begin with but they took the time to talk to me through the procedures and calm me down. They did a great job and the prices are affordable compare to previews offices that I went to. Best cleaning in a long time. Great team. Thank You!!!

Smile bright dental is awesome!!!! I broke my tooth on a slice of pizza and they got me in right away. Ive never had to wait for my appointments which i love, and the staff makes me feel very comfortable. I even refer my family here and they are very happy with their experiences as well.
