I have never left a review but what is happinging to me is INSANE! This is the worst doctors office I have ever encountered. I have a herniated disc. They are aware of it and i have been calling since 9am asking to call in my prescription of Motrin 800ml for pain management since thats all that CAN be done. It is now 3:15pm and no one from the office has called me back. I have called 4 times and and even called my health insurance to file a complaint because Im in EXCRUCIATING PAIN and I shouldnt have to pay $500 dollars to go to the ER to get. Prescription for Motrin. Its ridiculous! Im filing a complaint with Florida health department because this is absurd!!! Im at their mercy. I cant stand up, sit down, bend down, or barely even Walk. This has been since 9am. At 1:35pm ( my 3rd time calling) they said the doctor was out to lunch. I called back at 3pm and still nothing was done. I even had my insurance provider, United Healthcare, call them on my Behalf because I advised them that I was going to go to the ER to get Motrin. Im going to change doctors but I need assistance in the meantime. This is unacceptable. In March is when I discovered I had a herniated disc and the same thing happened. I had to go to the ER to get medication and now I have a $2500 bill.

The most knowledgeable, caring doctor in Miami, she takes her time with all her patients. The staff is very professional and perfectly organized. When the office is open, you always get a person answering the phone, not a recording. The office is very clean, bright and beautify decorated. The waiting time is always 0 - 15 minutes.
