Was referred to this place by a coworker for the pixel co2 laser. Went got an appointment and was advised that i should get the co2 lazer for my acne marks. Her cost was $2000 for 3 sessions. Went ahead got it done because I was too excited to get rid of my marks. The next day i went to work, my co worker told me it only cost her $1200 at the same dermatologist back in 2011. Tried to dispute it with Dr. Lima herself. However she claimed that the laser got more expensive as the years went on, as if i am fool. Hello! Technology decreases in price as it gets easier to manufacture. Also claimed she is board certified..all her credentials however it was a NURSE PRACTIONER that lasered my face. When the procedure was done i saw no result what so ever. She was even reluctant to give me prescription for my severe hair loss and all she tried to do was push her products on me. This is a Scam, if you think your going to get a good deal here for laser your wrong. I have found other places where i can get 3 sessions for $700!

Scam. I ordered a product, they turned out not to have it (but had allowed me to pay for it anyway). They offered to refund me if I did not want to wait for the product to come back in stock, I confirmed that I would like a refund and I bought it elsewhere. They did not send me a refund. Then they then sent the product weeks later when it was back in stock. I called again and they agreed to refund me, as the shipment was their error, but they never did. They now ignore my emails. They also scheduled me for an appointment I never made.

Dr. Lima-Maribona is brilliant. After seeing other dermatologists for my adult acne, I was very skeptical. My mom recommended Dr. Lima so I went to see her. Within 2 months, I was acne free!! Her staff is kind and caring. The facials there are amazing!! Her products are spectacular also. All in all, she can do it all. I have recommended family and co-workers to her and everyone has loved her. For any skin issues, do yourself a huge favor and go see her. You will not be disappointed!!!

Dr LM takes a good amount of time with you, answering any questions you have and is always current with the latest research in her field. You feel well taken care of and are never pressured into any costly, unnecessary treatments. The office is modern, clean and calming. I highly recommend her and her practice.

I very much like Bay Pointe. The ladies in the front are always friendly and helpful. Samantha gives the BEST facials and Dr. Lima has always been professional and knowledgeable.
