Unfortunately this is not the first time this happens at Dr. Sirvens office. His staff at best is nasty at worst incompetent. The last time I was there Dr Sirven was upset because none of them were doing there jobs. There was unlabeled urine samples and he had them throw everything out because they had just been sitting there and no one in his staff knew what was going on. You then came in and apologized for what was going on (true signs of a grood doctor). Today I had a procedure and all they did was worry about a bill which I am disputing. When I requested to speak to Dr Sirven they said I had been nasty and that he didnt want to speak to me. Anyhow in the spirit of fairness Dr Sirven you are a great Doctor but unfortunately your staff needs people skills training. In addition, please tell your front receptionist who talked all that nastiness when she closed the window stating that I was just upset because I didnt want to pay that she should check my account I paid right away just to prove my point. It was never about the money but the principal which your office has none. Thank you anyway and if you wish to speak with me I had an appointment today at 9AM for a procedure please look my file up and my contact info should be there. Merry Christmas and I hope you can resolve the issues in your office.

Dr. Alberto Sirven is the best!!! In 2012, my daughter had an ectopic pregnancy, and I took her to a hospital where a doctor, without think it two times, removed her tubal, but also he and the hospitals staff were so rude with us. In 2014, my daughter had another ectopic pregnancy, but thanks God, we decided to take her to West Kendal Baptist ER where I found Dr. Sirven. I was so nervous in tears, and he told me in a sweet manner that he will work so hard to keep her only tubal intact. He di it!! When he finished, he called me to post surg to see my daughter, and with a happy face he told me "she will have children when she wants". Now, she is pregnant. She is delivering in three weeks, and Dr. Siven will receive my grandson with God on his hands. Thank you Dr Sirven
