soy nueva paciente, llegue allí por recomendaciones de amigas, solo he ido a UNA cita la cual era para mi chequeo anual y estaba totalmente cubierta por mi seguro medico, a las dos semanas me llego una factura por 125$ por que supuestamente ese día me hicieron otro examen el cual mi seguro no cubrió, quede muy sorprendida e inconforme ya que ellos debieron advertirme del examen extra y que éste podia tener un costo adicional, así yo podia elegir si me lo hacia o no, pero en ningún momento fui informada así que ahora debo pagar 125$ que no estaban para nada dentro de mi presupuesto. estoy muy decepcionada, no se aun si haya una segunda cita o salga corriendo a otro lugar. por otro lado el personal fue muy amable, aunque estuve en sala de espera casi media hora con mi bebe y la cita con el Doctor fue de menos de 5 minutos, no se en que momento hizo el dichoso examen de 125$.

I had been his patient since 2012.. I am pregnant again, it is going to be my third one. I had complications with my two pregnancies before. I called Dr. Martin to make an appointment but his staff told me they dont accept Medicaid anymore. They told me they will see me only if I accept to pay everything from my pocket. They performed a tubal ligation to me a year ago, yes a year ago and I am pregnant again. Now his staff told me they cannot accept me as patient due to my insurance. Ive been trying to make appointments without success with others doctors and all they have told me "you should go back to the doctor who did a tubal ligation to you" I have no idea how many months I have. I assume I have 5 and I am very frustrated. Any doctor wants to be responsible because I had a tubal ligation and I am pregnant again.

Came here for a pap test, Heard good things of Dr.martin so i decided to get my annual test done here. The customer service was good even though i waited 30 mins to only see the Doctor for 5 mins. on top of that they charge an arm and a leg for a pap test!!!!! $275 at the doctors office and then they surprise you with another invoice 2 weeks later for $245 which is $520 dollars. no one informed me ahead of time that i will be receiving another bill, absolutely RIDICULOUS.The day i got my test done I told 2 of my friends to set up an appt with Dr.Martin but I made sure to inform them about the extremely high charges so they dont get the same surprises i did. They are going to cancel their appointments and go somewhere that charges a reasonable amount, I would not recommend anyone here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Martins for 10 years. I have received nothing less than the best treatment from him and his staff. His nurse Olga is excellent and has always been available for me to answer any medical questions that I have had. He has delivered all 4 of my children and I have had the best medical attention through out each one. My husband and myself have referred him to many friends. I personally know of at least 11 friends who have also used him multiple times and were equally thrilled with his services. He sees a lot of patients however he makes you feel important and takes the time to make sure you understand everything and answers all the concerns that you might have. I have never had a doctor like him. He is rare and one of a kind. We love him like family, truly.

Dr. Martin and his staff was negligent in communicating my wifes diagnostic after she went for a biopsy he ordered. The nurse was never available, and after several attempts from my wife to call her she finally answered her phone, only to give her the wrong diagnostic. After this fumble Dr. Martins staff tried urgently to contact my wife to give her the right diagnostic and advise her to have surgery. Dr. Martin never called my wife directly or even apologized for this incident, his nurse never admitted to her mistake. I would not want this from my mechanic much less from my doctor.

I have been a patient since 2010 and have been so grarteful for the recommendation since day one. Dr Martin and his staff (especially Olga his assistant) are amazing! Dr Jorge Martin is one of a kind he takes the time to answer your questions and gives you peace of mind with his positive energy. I have had two c sections with him and cannot imagine going into the OR with any other obgyn. Insurance and office waits should not hold him back from having a 5 star reviews

Dr Martin treated me with respect and I always felt he had my best interest at heart during my very high risk pregnancy. He folllwed my wishes and made sure I had a safe delivery and gave my baby the best chance at life. I will forever be grateful to Dr Martin. Wish there were more passionate doctors like him that truly care for patient.
