Ive been visiting this doctor for few months now and he seems like a great guy however the staff and the receptionists are barely average in their day to day work. I spend more time waiting in the waiting room or inside the visitation room vs. my actual interactions with the doctor. This is poor customer serviceand not a pleasant experience. Of course I pay my full share of the bills for spending for waiting in the rooms. Ive gone to doctors before I dont see that type of treatment and I get much better customer service. Unfortunately visiting the doctor is not just seeing him but dealing with the whole practice.

You can usually expect a wait when you have an appt but a great dr like him is so worth the wait . I would rather wait for a great dr who I know is going to take the best care of me and my baby . Love love love him !
