Copay to see the doctor?, OK . . . . . . Copay to see the technician?, NOT OK . . . . . Copay to get the results WITOUT SEEING THE DOCTOR?, NOT OK. . . . . . . Watch Out! she tries to sell you additional more accurate NEW TESTS!!! that of course your insurance doesnt cover. Why do we make appointments if you need to wait about one hour before seeing the doctor. I cant even describe how rude, disrespectful and unpleasant treatment from the staff. . . . Dont even dream of getting a detailed receipt for what you paid!!!!

A female friend of mine recently visited Dr. Letty M. Villas office. During her visit she was the victim of bad customer service and bedside manner which resulted in a long wait time and physical discomfort which could have been prevented. She was then surprised by a large bill. The staff did not inform my friend ahead of time regarding her insurance coverage.

Excellent service. All staff members are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Doctor has a terrific bed side manner. All tests performed were necessary for a complete evaluation. She is very thorough and competent. Takes the time to listen and explain all concerns in detail. I highly recommend her.
