From the beginning, I was very skeptical that this doctor had my sons best interests in mind, however I continued. She told me she needed to do some tests before she even began to speak about the behavior. I began taking him in April and it was already June and still I was a test away from finishing with the educational tests. She has a very nice, but incompetent assistant, Aleida, who kept giving me appts and calling me the same day of the appt, minutes to the appt, to confirm. I told her that the appt she gave me was for the following day, and she told me that I was wrong and if I was going to cancel, so she can give my appt away. I spent a month like this, it was until, finally I made an appt and confirmed it twice before the day. When I go to the office, there were 3 patients and the same incompetent assistant outside the office, b/c she forgot the keys. Once the doctor arrived, I waited an extra 20 mins outside for the doctor to call my son, so I was just furious and left. I never want to bring any of my family or friends to this doctor again. Im a very patient person, but it comes to a point where you have to draw a line and ask yourself, is this doctor doing me a favor or is my insurance company paying her + my copays. No favors here, and insurance isnt cheap.... I dont recommend this doctor to anyone nor her partner.

This is my 3rd child to see Dr Artiles. My review is for the gifted screening. Dr Artiles treats the children with respect and patience. All my kids left her office happy and cheerful. Id recommend her to anyone in need of a reasonably priced gifted test

She is a great doctor! Despite what others may have said. People are way too impatient. Any doctor you go to there will be a wait time!! Dr Artiles is so understanding and I have been going to her for years!
