One star on the call/phone system this office has. They have a automated call answering service that tells you what caller number you are and whats the estimated waiting time to speak to a rep. Ok, well I called twice and waited 14 min. each time; when I finally was the "first call" (we dont even get to be customers anymore, were now just numbers) a voice meesage came to say: "sorry, (something that I couldnt understand) call again". Can you imagine?! Thanks but no! For the amount of money they charge, sure they can pay more people to answer the damn phone calls. Do not make us, patients, wait for more than 3 minutes on the phone. Thats unnaceptable! Ill take my insurance to another place.

If i could rate it 0 stars i would. My daughter had a flat head they told me to wait for her to get older i took her a few times after that to only be told after that she was already a bit old and overdue for her helmet. I also got 2 appointments canceled only 1 hour before the appointment making my daughter not be able to get her 6 months shots. She is now extrememly overdue on her shots!

They cancelled to many appointments! And they where not always open. So if there was any emergency you would have to go somewhere else. Its a pretty place very clean but unprofessional!
