First, it was not easy to get appointment as they didnt pickup the call but automated system suggested to leave a VM and they called me later. I gave them all the details about why I am visiting and about the patient but when we visited the office the doctor said that they dont have shot in stock for the age of my kids. I told them that we explained everything to the nurse and nurse confirmed the details twice while booking and the same day of appointment before visit. I took 3 hours (without pay) off from my work and rented a car and made my kid cry for no reason. Doctor didnt even say it once that we can cancel the appointment for today and reschedule it for future when they have a shot and pay the copay later. So she got paid for just no reason. She didnt even ask the nurse / receptionist about giving us appointment when they dont have the shot. She doesnt have enough of business so she just want money by any means. As far as her attitude and way of treatment is concerned, I didnt like at all. She didnt talk like a knowledgeable doctor, she sounded more like a housewife kind a lady. And the nurses are just useless and arrogant and lie to kids. She was showing attitude to a kid of age 3 years because my kid was trying to have fun with her and nurse didnt like that. There are many more observation which I made and didnt like but overall it was my first/worst and last visit to her office and suggest you to stay away from her office. You will regret.

Dr. Gupta is very professional and VERY thorough. She is hands on. Shes the one giving all the shots, does the ear piercings herself, and helps with scheduling your next appointment unlike other places where the nurse does all of that. She is very kind and friendly with my kids. Easy to make an appointment and short wait time. Nurses are very sweet. They make us feel very welcome when we visit and dont make us feel like just another patient. We transferred over From Dr. Fuster due to change of insurance and Ive been very happy with the transition. Just as pleasant as Dr. Fuster with shorter wait time and nurses are nicer. Office building could be nicer, but what really matters is the kind of treatment that my kids get and so far so good.

Also, as concerned parents we feel relax and confident in the service that Dr. Gupta provides to our daughters; keeping them healthy and strong. Shes competent and on top of all her children "patients". She questions every scar or bump on your child. I love her concerns and attention to little details when it comes to all my children. Little wait time, which is more than I can say for other doctors offices.

This has been the best Doctor my children have ever seen. She pays attention to every little detail. She takes her time and never seems like she is rushed. She listens to the parent and is not difficult about giving referrals to specialist.

Doctor is very knowledgeable but the receptionist has an attitude and does not take patients seriously. Very concerning if there is an emergency that needs the doctors immediate response.

All 3 of my kids come to Dr. Gupta, my oldest being 18 and youngest 15 months old. She is an exceptional doctor and her staff is wonderful and very efficient. I highly recommend her!
