Ive been going to Dr. Helft since he first opened up his practice when I was a child. I have never had anything bellow an outstanding visit at his office, taking in account the entirety of his staff. Now that I am an adult and have moved onto a new family physician, I miss the courteous staff and the short wait time to see Dr. Helft. Dr. Helft always took interest in my personal life, asking me how my grades were and what kind of things I liked to do. He even noted which video games I like to play; its safe to say he really wants to get to know his patients. As a child, it was hard for me to find an adult I could talk to about health questions while growing up. Dr. Helft was one of the few people I knew I could rely on and trust. Thanks Dr. Helft for your years of dedication to the patient and their families!

I just moved to Florida and I have 2 healthy children. My daughter is 19 months and I need to get her 18 month shots to get her back on schedule! I called to get and appointment and they only take patients on a case to case base! I was called back a day later and told they would not take on my children! poor service! I was asked very few questions about my kids... name, date of birth, insurance, then asked how i heard about them ( Searched Pediatricians- website makes them look amazing), and where i was coming from! I live with in walking distance of this Dr. and I will never go here no matter how awesome their website makes them look! Was hoping to find a Dr. as awesome as our one in KC was!!!

My children have been going to Dr.Healft for over 8 years. Dr.Healft and his team sincerely cares for his patients and treats his patients as if they were his own children. Yes, you will have a longer wait, but thats because he spends as much time as needed for each of his patients. If you understand this, you will patiently and kindly wait because you know your child(ren) will receive the same thorough care. I travel over an hour to see Dr.Healft since I have moved, but knowing my kids are in knowledgeable, caring hands is well worth it!

Im sure the doctor is a great pediatrician but I will never get to know due to the fact that I never made it pass the waiting room. After arriving 10 minutes early to my appointment I was told to wait and I would be called shortly, 50 min and 5 patients later 3 of which had shown up after me I was still waiting. When I finally grow impatient and asked what was taking so long the lady at the front desk told me that I had been checked in. I never received this kind of service at Dr. Radue of Merritt island

The best pediatrician. Dr Helft and his staff truly care. It is wonderful to have a knowledgeable doctor, who shows that he cares for each and every patient. He communicates with both the parents and the children. I have been through many pediatricians in my 36 years of parenting, and he is, without question, the best.

Horrible experience. My eldest needed to see them for a specialist and we were unable to see them the time we originally planned. We tried to reschedule and the office manager refused to reschedule because we were unable to make original appointment.
