The doctor is fine, but his office assistants are not. It takes a lot of time to make them do something for you. When I moved to this doctor it took them approximately two weeks to transfer their medical history to the pink sheets. This was after constant calling them; it was quite time consuming, it felt like I was doing their jobs.
