Dr Noble is a wonderful dr and so are her nurses. BUT, its hard to get your child in there when her staff never answers the phone. Its sad the only time that you can talk to an actual human is when they go on their break, the answering service will answer. Which that lady wasnt very nice either. Just proceeded to tell me that they were probably just busy taking other calls. Really? The last 2 times that we have tried to bring our son there, same thing. Call there like 5 times or more, no one answers, you leave a message, and no one calls back... So then you are left with no other option but to go to the er and spend your whole day there and extra money. This was our last straw, sadly we just contacted a new pediatrician today.

Some people feel that their child is the only patient an office has. Especially when you have such a kind caring doctor of course their going to be busy and at umes hard to get through to. I have 4 children of which 3 have health issues so I know this process and game well!

Worst customer service from the receptionist, Stacy. Whenever we have an appointment it always take her 15 min to realize we signed in. She always has a terrible attitude. Dr. Noble is great with the children but her office would run better if she replaced the dead weight..

Dr noble is such a caring and amazing doctor! The staff is wonderful and is always there if you need help!! Id absolutely recommend her to any body!!
