I try several times to make an appointment for my son but the staff that answered was rude and not helpful at all. The day that I finally had the appointment I called to make sure everything was ok and they told me that the Kendall office was close and that I was change to the one in Homestead. I never got a call to get notify the reason. Complete disappointed I am, my son needed a doctor because he has a terrible eczema or at least that’s what we think.. but we this appointment lost we will never figure out. For the staff or the people that works there YOUR ARE NOT TREATING ANIMALS YOU MUST UNDERSTAND WE ARE PATIENTS AND WE ARE PAYING THIS IS NOT FREE GET TRAINING AND BE HUMAN TO THE PEOPLE.

Really bad work. They think that children are machines or something like that. They dont give you any information about anything. I always have to take my son to a hospital because of they bad work .
