One of the receptionist is rude! I call to see if I could take my daughter for a check up because she has been sick, but her medical records havent come through the fax. So I just wanted to know if they could check her with out her records. So I explain to the receptionist that I had already call her other clinic so they can fax them, and very rudely she say "maam Im letting you know her records havent been send!" She cut me off from what I was about to say and she basically yelled at me through the phone. So I was like "ok all I want it to know was if I could still bring my daughter in or not." And she was like "No maam!" I understand there is policy that they have to follow but she didnt have to yell at me. I was already going through enough with my little girl crying all night because she wasnt feeling well.

Dr. E, the other drs, nurses & staff are delightful & efficient. Being a working parent, my time is tight & I always get in for a sick visit around the time I need, I have never waited more than 5-6 minutes for any appointment. From our first visit solo with Dr. Eichenbrenner, to the birth of our son, to his now 2 years with him, he has been insightful, listened to our concerns & provided the best advice on our sons care. The practice as a whole will not do graduated vaccines -- most doctors associated with the AAP will not -- do your research before you ask any Dr. in Charlotte area practices to do this -- otherwise you will get shot down, you cant take it personal.

DR ANKRAH IS AMAZING!!! My daughter has special needs, and Dr. Ankrah has been the most amazing, caring, understanding and patient Pediatrician. I am also in the medical profession and understand the challenges of running an office. The front desk and her support staff have also gone out of their way to accommodate and help when ever possible. The entire team truley has a concern about their patients, and do not consider this just a nine to five job. Highly recommend.

The absolute best! My children have seen each one of the doctors in this office several times as they both have multiple health issues. Every interaction has been wonderful. Our main doctor is Dr. Ball, we love her! She is knowledgeable, sincere, and caring; Dr. Pridemore and Dr. Ankrah are equally wonderful as well! I cant count how many times the entire staff has been a blessing to our family!

This is by far the best pediatric office Ive ever been to. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Ankrah since birth and she is the best. Ive never had a billing nor appointment issue. I always refer family and friends with children to try here FIRST! I found out about this office through my ob/gyn that is also a doctor to one of the physicians in this office.

Dr Holladay and all the staff are wonderful. They are always very caring towards my children and value patents input. My children love going to see Dr Holladay even if they know shots might be included in the visit. The office has great hours including weekends and appointments open same-day for sick visits, even with their primary pediatrician.

Dr. Ball is a great Pediatrician to both my boys (Ages 4 & 1). We have also had great service by Dr. Pridemore, Dr. Holladay, Dr. Ankrah, and Dr. Eichenbrenner. They are all phenomenal at Elizabeth Pediatrics. The front staff is extremely helpful and professional.

This pediatric office is wonderful! Dr. Ankrah is my daughters main doctor, but we have also seen other doctors in this office. They are all fantastic. The support staff is also great! I really value the nurse line so that I can ask questions when needed.
