If i did not have to give this place one star i wouldnt, but someone need to know how the financial controller, and head doctor treat their staff members, and patients. I went to an office visit with my niece, and she was bitten by ants in the lobby. I REPORTED the incident to the front desk girl, and she said she would call management to aware them. While I WAS STANDING AT THE GLASS I heard the lady Margarat say ok, and call doc whoever that is! The girl called doc, and he started yelling to the top of his lungs at her, and all she could say was ok i will call the patients! What in the world does calling patient has to do with her getting bit. I was highly disappointed, and encouraged her to take my niece out of this facility. Poor service, and poor treatment to staff and patients

Never again will I take my child there!!! we had a 415 app. checked in on time (1)waited and hr.(2) then the lady looks at me and ask me am I waiting on something(3) I said yes to be seen. then when my son gets hes shoot they (4)leave the needle in hes arm then (5)takes hes blood pressure in the same arm we get ready to leave I ask for a copy of hes shoot records they cant give them to me because they are (6)out of ink. the next day my son gets (7)kicked out of school for not having hes shoots so i call back to the office she tells me (8)that she cant do anything because there are no(9) doctors are nurses there, Its after 10am there business hrs are 9am-6pm its(10) after 10 and there isnt a doctor are nurse there but they are open??? NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 0 stars

I absolutely despise this place. Rudest doctors who think they dont have to take care of you if you question their authority in anyway. It is the most filthiest, nastiest, dirtiest most unsanitary place I have ever seen. I took tons of pictures and will be showing them to the proper people. I witnessed a nurse take a needle that she used to vaccinate a child with and just stick it in the hospital bed... you will catch a disease if you go there

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!! DO NOT go if you like to wait more than 40 minutes regardless of your appointment time. If youre a walk-in youll most likely wait 2+ hours to be seen. An appointment that should be less than an hour will be 3. On top of that, the doctor is rushed and barely listens to you and doesnt explain anything, nor does he or any other staff member inform you of your test results. This place sucks.

I absolutely hate this place!!!! I never do reviews but I am tired of the way I am treated when I come here. You wait for HOURS, the doctors are ALWAYS late for work, they do not have the proper equipment to perform all services. It is nasty, no soap, no tissue, they do not sanitize things properly. This place is a joke! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THE DOCTORS!!!!

I’ve tried reporting this place because it is the most disgusting facility I have ever gone into. There was blood splats on the wall, some type of feces on the baseboard. Floors were filthy. This place needs to be shut down but my attempts to get the state to go in and investigate continued to hit walls. This place is going to serious get someone sick.

The worst pediatrician ever!!! The Doctor was to dumb to understand that my kid was adopted and thats why the name had been changed. I never had any problem from any other place about it except here. Wouldnt even see my kid because of her lack of knowledge. DO NOT go there!

The staff is rude. They refuse to give advice on your care. The facility is grimy and disgusting. The wait time for appointments are usually over an hour after the scheduled time. The hours of operation for the sugar creek office is only 16 hrs a week.

Nasty ....urine sample cups on floor next to toilet ..no hand soap in restroom ..waited one hour told to come back After I had payed ..said I would be waited on first next day was not...on and on and on
